Good image quality, mediocre sound, Netflix glitch

The standard picture settings produce the famous "soap opera effect", but if you're not into that you can disable it by switching the picture mode to "Movie". There's an issue when using the Netflix app the image starts glitching and it won't show the bottom part of the screen. After that, every app starts glitching the same and I have to restart the TV to make it work again. I've found that the only solution is not to use the Netflix app. Overall, I think it was still a good deal for the price I paid.

Outstanding Picture and Value – Perfect for Sports

The picture quality is incredibly sharp, especially during live sports where every detail—from the turf to the jerseys—is crystal clear. Motion is smooth with no blurring, which really impressed me for a TV in this price range. Setup was fast and intuitive, and the built-in Roku interface makes switching between apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube super convenient. The colors are vivid, blacks are surprisingly deep, and even in a bright room, the screen holds up great. Sound is decent for a flat screen, but I paired it with a soundbar for that full home theater feel. No regrets there. I’ve owned TVs from bigger brands that didn’t perform this well out of the box. This TCL truly overdelivers. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants premium features without the premium price tag. A++!

You Can trust Best Buy

I bought it anyway and am thankful I did. The picture is bright and crystal clear and the sound is cxellent. I'm thankfull I purchased the set b/c I had faith that Best Buy would only sell qualify products Thanks Best Buy!

No complaints in my home, even My dogs love the tv for how clear the screen is i just leave it on for them on youtube so , they can watch nature videos or bluey but what i really enjoy is the game features & all the tv streaming options it has . It was generally really easy to set up as well . Definitely would recommend to a friend .

U am very happy with this purchase, I added a sound bar, but for normal TV watching the set's speakers were adequate. Eay to install and to sert up. No problems so far!

Very valuable at this price

It’s our first time to buy a Fire TV which is convenient by connecting to Amazon account. We are surprised about its quality as a price range $150-200 TV. 55in is just about right, not too large not too small; it fits our living room. The only one issue we notified is sometimes when we paused an episode in the middle, it might restart the show from the beginning.

Once i got the new tv everything works great nice picture great sound for the price.
