This is a great TV. I bought four of these TV's to make my video wall and they are great! They have great color and graphics. The smart TV apps work as expected and you have all the control to add and remove new and old apps. my only issue is that the controller moves a little slow at time as if it needs a few seconds to think. The sound is good would be better with a sound system or sound bar. Overall great TV for the price.

Easy to install and picture is beautiful and clear

Bought as a gift, but I got to look at it over the holiday and performance and picture are both up to par. Sound could be better, as several other reviews have noted; do look at a soundbar to accompany it if that's a priority. Few small glitches with the Fire interface but nothing critical.

The 55" TV is stunning. Colors are incredibly vibrant, and the true blacks offer unmatched contrast. Motion is smooth, making sports and movies a delight. The thin design is elegant, and the smart features are fast. While it’s pricey, the picture quality justifies the cost for a premium viewing experience

It's a very nice TV the only issue that it takes a while to activate it for some reason it has another account already set up so you will have to get on the phone with customer service in order for you to make account other than that the TV is fine it looks good pictures are good sounds good

I love this TV. It has a vibrant picture. The interface is easy to use, and there are many apps to easily add. It is relatively lightweight compared to the TV I replaced, and I was able to easily lift it out of the well-packed box which kept it secure in transit. I have zero complaints and at this price point, I am very very satisfied with this TV.

I bought this for my mother and she couldn't be happier. She hasn't had any issues. She's enjoying the clarity in view, the ease of use, and just having a quality TV that's not messing up on her. I'm happy that I was able to get it at the price I got it for! A TRUE WIN!!!

Amazing! I love it! Same T.V. was on Amazon for $40 more. I love @BestBuy!!! Great quality! Better than Insignia in the same class. Remote is through FireTV and extremely responsive. This TV has an amazing picture and plenty of space for apps. My only issue is that when you try to stream a video, the audio doesn't play through a sound bar. I've tried 3 different sound bars. Plus I returned the first TV for a replacement and I have the same issue.

Excellent picture and voice quality in a very affordable price. It's gaming mode is amazing with realistic effects. My son loves playing games on PlayStation 5 on our new TCL TV . Thank you bestbuy for providing the this amazing TV in such a reasonable price. Simply loved this deal

After dealing with a break-in, I decided to go bigger after increasing security measures since the price was right! Great picture! Best way to watch College Football, NFL, MLB, and your favorite movies and shows. Think about purchasing a soundbar to increase the volume. Not needed, but its definitely a "want". I have a total of 3 TCL tvs in my home. The other 2 are smaller and I have had them for over 5yrs.

I have had this tv for almost a year and it still sounds and looks like new. The speakers are great and can get really loud. My family loves watching lots of movies and it looks great with the 4k support. It has the amazon fire hub already built in so you can download all your favorite streaming apps. I also love it because I can connect my phone with the fire tv app and control the tv from anywhere!

This is a good TV. I picked it up during Black Friday, so it was a great deal. The pictures is actually pretty good. It’s the lagging when opening app on the Tav that is frustrating. Other then that, good buy for the money.

So far so good. Easy start up. I've used a firestick for my tvs/streaming. Love that I don't need the actual firestick anymore and the home screen is what I'm used to already. Deducted 1 star for the volume. I feel like it isn't loud enough. I have the volume at 20 something to be able to hear. And this is at night time when everyone's asleep. But other than that, it's a good tv especially for the price.

Picture is great, it is really light for such a big tv. It was really easy to set up.

An overall great tv. Clear picture. Speakers are ok, there’s little difference in volume change from 10-20, then exponential increase once you get to 30. It would be better if this was not a smart tv, since I use an Apple TV box for everything.

Great TV for the price. The picture looks sharp and colorful. It is easy to use and gives quick access to all the streaming apps I need. Setup was fast and the slim design looks nice in my space. Definitely a solid choice if you want a big screen without spending a lot.
