Tv was easy to set up, it sets up through Alexa. I was impressed the the colors and the quality of the picture. I also bought it for work and used the usb function. It was able to play all the files I uploaded into the usb flash drive. Really an amazing price and product for the money.

We bought this TV when it was on sale. It’s our first time to buy a Fire TV which is convenient by connecting to Amazon account. We are surprised about its quality as a price range $150-200 TV. 55in is just about right, not too large not too small; it fits our living room. The only one issue we notified is sometimes when we paused an episode in the middle, it might restart the show from the beginning.

I recently purchased the TCL 55IICH from Best Buy, and I'm very satisfied. The picture quality is sharp, and the colors are vibrant. It’s user-friendly with a smooth interface. The sound is clear, and streaming apps work seamlessly. Overall, great value for an affordable, feature-packed smart TV.

First new Living Room TV in 12yrs. Nothing was wrong with my 2014 Samsung 3D TV I just wanted something new. Since the other TVs in my home are TCL I figured can't go wrong and of course I was right!! Same size, beautiful picture the color's just pop!!

I purchase this same TV every year for our work Christmas party and every year my co-workers request them for our party. They are great TVs and easy to setup

First, I will say that the TV itself is pretty good. I’ve always been a big sit down at my desk and do everything there type of guy so I’m used to the quality of smaller monitors with higher resolution, but this TV is good for the price my only issue is that Wi-Fi is not the most reliable connection. I might just be traumatized from my Chromecast, but the pictures on the Best Buy website shows that this TV has an ethernet port which I bought an extra one for but the TV itself does not have it so this one is for you Best Buy I suggest You take that picture off or I get the TV model that does have the ethernet port
