First, I will say that the TV itself is pretty good. I’ve always been a big sit down at my desk and do everything there type of guy so I’m used to the quality of smaller monitors with higher resolution, but this TV is good for the price my only issue is that Wi-Fi is not the most reliable connection. I might just be traumatized from my Chromecast, but the pictures on the Best Buy website shows that this TV has an ethernet port which I bought an extra one for but the TV itself does not have it so this one is for you Best Buy I suggest You take that picture off or I get the TV model that does have the ethernet port

Good product. Decent picture quality and average sound quality.

The TV is fantastic overall, but my only complaint is that the software feels a bit sluggish. Switching inputs, adjusting settings, and navigating the menus isn't as smooth as I’d expect from a "2024 Smart TV." Out of the box, the picture settings needed some tweaking. I settled on Movie Mode with the Cool/Warm setting set to Standard. I also had to adjust the reds, as they appeared slightly lighter compared to the other colors. (call me jerry smith) That said, the picture quality is outstanding for the price. It’s an excellent budget-friendly option with impressive visuals once dialed in.

I really love this one. + my friends visit my place for watching tv. haha. Before I bought this, there was only few reviews so super worried about the quality. But the quality was great for normal person.

The picture quality is superb! Setup was super easy. However, the sound quality was poor and sounded muffled. The clarity never improved even after changing to Movie, Sports, or Clear Voice, etc. This may have been an isolated issue but I returned it.

These TVs automatically connect to my ring camera and displays who’s at my front door while my boys are gaming. The quality and sound of this tv is incredible so I bought two of them. When I usually buy Hisense Tvs!!!

So far no concerns. The best thing about the tv is how light it is. Knotted to my 2018 TV I had to replace.

I got this for my dad during Black Friday, and it turned out to be the perfect gift. Ever since I gave it to him, he hasn’t stopped talking about how incredible it is and how much he loves having a big TV in his room. He’s always mentioning how clear and vibrant the picture quality is, and how it makes watching his favorite shows and movies feel like a theater experience. It’s been great seeing him so happy and enjoying something that’s now such a big part of his daily routine. This gift really exceeded my expectations and brought him so much joy.

It's alright. The cursor/remote experience is the smoothest I've experienced so far, but it might come at the cost of certain other features. I'm not too familiar with or concerned about those other features and they haven't gotten much in the way of my television viewing experience. But if you love a smooth cursor, and customizable too, this TV is great.

This TCL TV impressed me with its sharp 4K picture, bright colors, and easy setup. Streaming apps run smoothly, and the overall performance feels great for the price. Sound is decent, but adding a soundbar made it even better. Excellent value and highly recommended. I’m very happy with this purchase overall.

This TV would easily get 5 stars if it were more responsive and didn’t crash once a day. Unfortunately, the remote always stalls and the tv randomly freezes or kicks you out of streaming apps. If you are looking for a gaming TV look no further. The picture is amazing and for some reason it never crashes in game mode. Sound is decent, but not terrible. Like I said if you are looking for a gaming TV this is a good option. As far as just got streaming this TV is a 3.
