Bought as a gift, but I got to look at it over the holiday and performance and picture are both up to par. Sound could be better, as several other reviews have noted; do look at a soundbar to accompany it if that's a priority. Few small glitches with the Fire interface but nothing critical.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter that we gave to her before Christmas day. She is in heaven now that she can watch all her favorite shows in picture perfect view. Now we have to figure out how to get her to come out of her room. We love the clarity, and the price was right!

Great television for the price good picture and sound and easy to use. I highly recommend this TCL television. Best bang for your buck.

To say I was surprised at the quality of the picture, would be a huge understatement. I've always been one of those guys spending more money on the known top brands like Sony and Samsung and this TV in every way, is as good or even better than all of my TV's in the past. Unbelievable deal!

The LED Smart Fire TV is perfect! I set it up in my Airbnb, and guests have had no trouble using it. Clear picture, easy to navigate, and no complaints, definitely a win-win.

Better than I expected - originally ordered a Roku TV but this one delivered by mistake. Found the picture was great and it was easy to set up. Sound quality was good compared to most in this price range. Works great on a wifi connection which was a added plus.

It's a very nice TV the only issue that it takes a while to activate it for some reason it has another account already set up so you will have to get on the phone with customer service in order for you to make account other than that the TV is fine it looks good pictures are good sounds good

This TV has an amazing picture and plenty of space for apps. My only issue is that when you try to stream a video, the audio doesn't play through a sound bar. I've tried 3 different sound bars. Plus I returned the first TV for a replacement and I have the same issue.

The Best Buy guys had very speedy and courteous delivery. The TV is awesome. The only issues I have with it so far are that you cannot manually add a channel, the TV has to find it during its scan. Also, every code I have tried does not allow me to control the TV with my DISH universal remote, so, I have to use two remotes.

Picture is good and price was great. Set up easy and Fire tv has all the apps that I needed.

It's the best TV I ever had but I got to get another one because my Granddaughter broke mines so I gotta save up to get another one. I would highly recommend that TV because the picture & sound quality is everything and that's the 1st TV had that size so to me that TV was everything

I really like this TV, for the features and overall value. Picture quality is great and we have had it for around 6 months. The only complaint I have is I despise the remote. There is a loud audible click that happens every time you press a button thats a bit overkill just from the way its constructed.

The 55” TCL TV from Best Buy is wonderful, so bright and clear, and works seamlessly with Apple devices and Amazon Prime account. Best of all is the Best Buy customer service, and security of a three-year, in-home technical repair service. Wow!
