This is actually my first time using TCL. I am really satisfied with this product. Picture quality: For the models I have used before like Samsung, TCL has a more vivid picture quality. I mean TCL focuses more on Contrast. But you can actually adjust it to suit your eyes. Sometimes you will feel that the videos you watch on TV channels are not clear. It is not because of the TV but because of the quality of the Video. I like the sound of TCL better than the Samsung I used before.

I bought this Tv for my parents and they love it. They said its easy to use and always talk about how clear everything looks.

I love thos tv. Its beautiful. It's a noticeable difference between regular LCD screen or led scream with the new q. LED the pictures are vibrant. The part that I love the most though, is that it has Game mode features. So not only can you stream your favorite shows, but you can also play your favorite video games and have it.Look beautiful.

It’s a good buy for the price only problem so far is the sound could be better & sometimes when I’m watching a movie or something on a Hulu app it frequently closes out of the app in the middle of whatever you’re watching

I am very pleased with the quality of the picture on the screen.

An overall great tv. Clear picture. Speakers are ok, there’s little difference in volume change from 10-20, then exponential increase once you get to 30. It would be better if this was not a smart tv, since I use an Apple TV box for everything.

The TV has an excellent picture and good image and contrast options, although I've had a couple of issues with the sound, where the audio cuts out and a noise starts that lasts for about a minute. Aside from that, it's been a worthwhile television

Love the picture and the light weight. It is easy to unbox and lift to the location that was planned for the TV. The picture is fantastic. The remote has no number pad for channel selection. I cannot find channel scan to rescan after weather problems,
