1st the service at bestbuy was great, helpful friendly and fast with my order help load it up. The TV works great it was a good holiday deal. And my son needed a new TV. The tv is awesome have all the features we where looking for.

Great visuals. For a bargain Tv TCL is good value. Google computer so it runs a lot better than Roku. Faster and more responsive. I’ve been a Sony Bravia fan but man this TCL brand really has me rethinking if I really need to spend $500 more on a tv just because of the brand.

I’m using this as a secondary TV in a bedroom, and we weren’t looking to spend much, so the price point was perfect. While the picture and sound quality aren’t top-tier, it works well for the space and purpose we needed it for. Plus, the sale price I snagged it at was unbeatable.

The picture quality is solid, but when it comes to the apps, there’s always a glitch apps slow the sound disconnects from the sound bar I purchased this and as soon as i took it out rhe box it looked like it was already used. Overall i wouldn’t recommend it .

My expectations weren't real high when i bought this television. The quality is great considering the price and brand. I've had this TV for a year now and it's great. The only con is the remote and apps. Sometimes the apps get stuck and you have to restart or shut down the TV

I purchased this TV on a Black Friday sale, as a gift. It was super easy to install and setup for my elderly parents. They are thrilled with the quality.

2 major flaws, firstly it looks better in 1080p than in 4k with dolby atmos, secondly has an issue with hair texture for anyone who has black and grey hair, doesn't render right and is very distracting. Other complaints, the mute button is permanent, cannot watch tv or play games on a simple mute without the icon taking up the upper part of the screen permanently, it's silly and distracting. And lastly, if you choose to watch in 4k, you loose the option for dynamic brightness (which is a not as great adaptive brightness like you would have on a phone). Honestly slightly disappointing especially for the lack of adaptive brightness/backlighting and the never leaving mute button icon, but for a cheap large tv, will work. Just lacks qol features

Unexpected quality for a tv of this size. Colors are sharp, sounds are clear, feature functions are straightforward. Also a great price on black friday. Overall TV turns out to be a happy purchase.

This TV far surpassed my expectations. The quality is clear and it was a price you can't beat.

No issues encountered. Set up on a portable tv stand was easy. FireTV apps were easy to set up. It does take some time for the tv and apps to update pack your patience. 4K picture did not disappoint.
