    The tv shows pretty well however I have noticed an issues with the sound has developed. Some channels, the sound comes in very loud and others are too low even with the volume on 25. Also, channels and apps are not coming in all the way or bottom of the screen is not showing.

    The Fredericksburg Best Buy store has always provided outstanding customer service. From my Mike and crew in the auto install section to the Geek Squad and the Customer Service desk up front, the whole crew in this store shows enthusiasm when helping me with my order.

    My tcl 55" has a blue screen and you cannot see picture. Sometimes it works but sometimes solid blue. Have been on the phone for hours with support doing all kind of stuff that has nothing to do with screen. Even did a factory reset and check different platforms over and over and over. Still has blue screen now they want video so sent one. Now they say they didnt get it but I did on my email cc. Now have to send another one. These people are not going to replace my tv that is only 7 months old with warranty. Spent hours with these people even though I have warranty nothing is good enough. Doing everything they can to not honor warranty. Gonna send 1 more video and then see what they come up with. These guys are legally ripping me off crooks. Am serious have spent hours with these people even with warranty. It is not worth it do not ever buy TCL/

    I have highly enjoyed the TV I purchased from Best Buy.The Geek squad and other staff members always perform excellent customer service whether it’s in person or by phone

    Getting stuck restarting without pressing anything

    After just a few weeks of being used, the television is getting stuck in reboot cycles without anyone pressing any buttons on the remote. It bounces between the FireTV logo and the TCL/FireTV logo continuously. The only way to stop it is to unplug the TV and start all over again, just for it to start once again. It is doing this at any time, including the middle of the night. Occasionally, it is randomly changing inputs and the volume without anything being pressed. Would upload videos to show the issue if I could.

    It’s a great tv, the display is very clear the only thing is that I like to feel like I’m in a movie theatre, the regular sound wasn’t loud enough so I bought a soundbar.
