Ordered first one 2 weeks ago. Delivered and installed by geek squad. First tv lasted a couple hours. Screen faded to black while playing ps4. Only sound was coming out. Screen dead. Got it returned/exchanged. For second one. Second one arrived by geeksquad and installed. This one had deep scratches on bottom right of the screen. Got that returned. Decided to buy and LG oled tv. Customer service over the phone was no help. Had to physically go to the store to get help each time which was a hassle.

I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but after a month I couldn't be happier. What I like the most is that it makes even old b/w movies look hd. If you are a tv snob and you can spend 2 or 3k on a tv then maybe this is an average tv for you. But otherwise, you can't beat it for the price.

Just received my 65" 6 series TCL. Very pleased to mention I did NOT have ANY screen banding. When testing a fully white screen there is some slight shading in the corners, but no banding. For me this is an acid test because I seldom watch anything with a fully white screen (Hockey?)...The picture is stunning and the streaming features are very convenient. Happy camper here!!

Great picture, easy to use, lots of choices! This TV is worth the money.

I waited a while to post this review just to be sure it held up, and it has. This is the best TV I have ever had, hands down. The colors are amazing, the clarity of the picture is great, even the black is blacker than anything else. The only thing I took a star off for was sound, but that's not as big a deal to me because we use a sound bar/surround sound.

This is the best TV in the market at its price point. The TV picture is awesome. My dad has never had a TV this great. I now plan on going to his house to watch the Superbowl. I did a lot of research and this TV exceeds all expectations. TCL is getting ready to blow away the other mainstream brand names.

This tv has a great picture. It is easy to use.almost anticipates your actions.

For the price this TV can not be beat! I've spent well over 2500 on a Samsung higher end model only to last about 4yrs. This TV works great but what I am most satisfied with is the audio. Since it is full array it has decent speakers and a sound bar or surround sound is not needed in a decent size room. For the price this is the best hands down.

This TCL tv is great value; excellent picture and built in Roku at a good price.

Had TV for about a month. Picked it up with sale price of $500. Beautiful picture. Roku interface works like a champ. About the only thing I noticed otherwise is that I have to crank up the sound a bit more than the set it replaced- and that's with both sets using the same stereo. This TV had a lot of great reviews as a fabulous mic priced TV and I can see why.

Great quality at a very good price. Picture is excellent and easy to use.

I do like the high end Sony/LG/Samsung better, but this TCL was such a good buy at 499.00. This tv does 90% of what those tv’s do for 33% of the price. I also bought the 75 inch version of this tv. The 75 inch has a better panel, but the 55 inch gets brighter so HDR is a little punchier on the 55 inch set. I play video games on the small set and movies and on the larger.
