Great picture, much brighter that the Insignia FireTV I replaced. Easy to install. And it works with my older Fire TV remotes (insignia) so that was a bonus. I will say the remote response time has been a little slow at times. Takes a few tries to get it to work. It could be the apps fault

We purchased the TCL to replace an older 40" TV and are very happy so far. This was a black Friday sale item. We chose the Google TV model to align with other devices we have and manage through google home. The sound is good and the picture is excellent. My teenager had it unpackaged and up and running in < 30 minutes. My wife loves talking into the remote to play the shows or movies without having to search through the different apps we subscribe to. The remote is intuitive for us with decent shortcut buttons. It would be a nice feature to be able to assign an app to a spare or extra button.

Great TV for the price. Light and easy to pick up and hang on wall bracket. Screen is bright and vibrant and there are plenty of options to customize the display. TCL went somewhat short on the power cord, could use an extra foot. It has FireTV preloaded so I was able to put away my Firestick. The remove is a larger modified FireTV style remote. I may need to add a soundbar for deeper sound quality, but I am unsure at this time.

Great picture quality for the price. No complaints there. Biggest issue that keeps this TV from 5-stars in my opinion is the processor speed. It is very laggy when opening apps, using menus or switching between apps. Sometimes they don’t even open and you have to turn off and then try again. Not my main TV so it can be overlooked for the most part.

Image quality is good, really no complaints in that department. The UI however is quite slow and lagging itself, even with fiber internet. Not a dealbreaker for me but you should be aware.

This Qled TV is great for anyone on a budget or needs a TV for the Toy room or kids room. Bought this tv when it was on sale and it doesn’t disappoint for what we use it for. Only 4 stars due to the fact I can’t give it 4 1/2. Remote control could be better.

We use this in a conference room. It is used to show static images, web meetings, and occasional videos. The picture is amazing for a TV in this class. It shows way less ghosting then we had ever imagined a TV at this price point could. It is so sharp and bright. Excellent for all we need it to do and then some.

I have been user of traditional brands but recently started to try several TCL tvs and the results have been amazing so far, great picture quality, easy to use and quick browsing on smart tv apps. Best of all is that prices are very competitive and affordable.

Got this on sale and I will say that besides occasionally not picking up the on/off signal from the remote, it's just as you'd expect from a budget 4K TV. Works fine, fast and intuitive UI, and fairly energy efficient.

This is my first QLED. I didnt know what to expect. The picture is so awesome. I took a chance on buying this TCL TV. My other TVs are Samsung. I am very satisfied with my choice. Im hoping to buy an even bigger TCL QLED TV for the living room

TLC has excellent quality and sharpness in the image. Very easy to install the applications. The best smart TV comparing prices with other brands. At home we are very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend it. 5 star rating. Thank you very much.

Absolutely amazing TV. The qled gives gorgeous vibrant and deep colors. Picture Looks better than my Samsung q70c and q60d for less than half the price. I simply cannot believe that I got this 55 inch qled TV for $270 and it looks better than my Samsung tvs that I paid $700 and $900 for. And for ps5 gaming there is no input lag. TV was so amazing I went and bought 4 more to put in every room in my house. My only question now is how long will it last or perform at this brilliant level. Because my Samsungs only lasted 14 months before they started malfunctioning. But as for these 2 weeks that I've owned this TCL TV it's the absolute best TV I've ever seen or owned. I did pay an extra $59 for the 5 years geek squad protection plan just in case

This is absolutely the best tv. The picture is so bright and clear. Best purchase we have made in a long time. Well worth the money we spent especially since it was half off the original price. Would absolutely recommend this product.

This tv has the best picture I have ever seen. Some scenes make you feel like you are right there. Colors are wonderful and very sharp. The sound that comes out are so crisp and clear. I would not hesitate to buy another tcl television.

the TV was delivered on time and in good shape. I only use it for cable, DVD, and my Roku so setup was just plug in cables and go. Picture is sharp and clean. I use a sound bar (via optical cable), so I can't comment on sound. It is annoying that when it comes on it always says it is not connected to the internet and I can't find a way to have it not keep searching for the internet. Can not seem to find a way to get my Comcast remote to control the input and the sound bar at the same time and the remote that comes with the TV is kind of a joke for controlling other devices since it has no numbers.

Very happy with the picture quality, this TV looks pretty good. I am taking off 2 stars because of the Fire TV software. First off we use Hulu Live and it crashes on this TV constantly. I have to re-start the program 3 or 4 times during a live sporting event. Also the lag time from when I push a button on the remote to the action taking place can be frustrating. This UI is buggy and slow. I will probably be going back to the Apple TV and ditching using Fire TV. If you are buying this for the build in Fire TV, BEWARE!

We needed an upgrade from a 32” tv to something else and landed on the TCL 55” QLED. So far a great tv no issues, connections were simple, as was setup and transfer of current streaming services. The picture is fabulous, the colors and depth, looks awesome, almost as if the characters are right in your living room. My only complaint is that during live tv there are times when there is a slight glitch or pause in the movement of the action on the screen, but could be due to pixel refresh rate or internet streaming service, but I have not noticed it on action movies etc.. I would recommend this television, and if space is an issue they do sell stands, which we bought and was not aware of until this purchase.

Easy setup and a great picture at an affordable price. What more could you ask for? I have had great success with TCL products in the past and expect that to continue with this TV.

The tv has a great picture for the price. It was easy to set up and apps available through Google TV made easy to view content from different providers.

I bought this tv as a gift for my mom. She's retired and likes to watch Netflix, Hulu, Peacock and Prime a lot. I've watched a few movies and tv shows on it with her and it's a nice tv. The refresh rate and color is really nice. Definitely a steal for the price. We haven't had any issues with it and she's run this thing about 18 hours a day, 7 days a week since November 2024. If you're considering this brand, go for it. It's good quality for a reasonable price.
