First off the picture is crystal clear most of the time. If your watching something with action expect the picture quality to disappear. You will either get pixel or blury spots on the screen. Our old tv never did that. The remote has poor response time you can hit the volume button 4 times before it even pops up and responds on the screen. Depending what app your using on the tv sometimes it will put the screen saver on after several minutes that i expect to happen other apps sitting for same amount of time will put the tv to sleep then you have to wake the tv up and it takes you to the home page not to what you were watching really annoying. I even checked all the screen saver settings. Definitely not what i expected for upgrading a tv almost feels like we went backwards from our old tv.

It's slow, colors are ok. HDR doesn't work since an update removed the option to enable it in settings. I'd like it if the price was a little lower.

Itwas a gift for someone. It was loved. And the only complaint she had was that the new UI was not like that of her older .odel by thwsame company. Picture and sound quality are decent. And at the price on sale there is no way to find issues with either of those areas.

Good tv for the money, it had some hiccups in the beginning (make sure you update the Amazon Fire OS as soon as you connect it) but after the updates the tv works fine. Colors are ok for this price range. Honestly, I wanted the Google variant but all they had was the FireOS version.

I’m very impressed by this tv. Thus far, it has exceeded my expectations. I was worried the processor, being a TCL, would be slow and it would be annoying going through apps and inputs, but it works great. The picture is unbelievably amazing and vibrant, especially at its price point

Love, love, love, my new TCL television. It’s bright it’s even a great size for my bedroom. I thought it would be too large but it’s just right. The picture quality is the best. This is the first time I’ve owned this brand. I am looking at purchasing a second one.

I’m a very late adapter and finally upgraded from my 15 year old 32” Samsung. The television was very easy to set up and connecting external devices was a snap. The picture quality is great and the sound is fine. The delivery from Best Buy was problem-free

Excellent, clear picture. Easy mounting. Intuative, simple remote control. Love the Fire TV for its ease of navigating and searching. Can't comment yon the longevity as I have only had the TV for 1 month, but fingers crossed for at least 4 years!

TV has an amazing picture and clarity even when compared to the other 4k TV i have. My biggest complaint with this TV is how slow navigation is responding to the remote and how long it takes for apps to load

This is absolutely the best tv. The picture is so bright and clear. Best purchase we have made in a long time. Well worth the money we spent especially since it was half off the original price. Would absolutely recommend this product.

This TCL 4K LED TV represents a remarkable bargain in technology. It works great, setup was really easy, and the price is just plain ridiculous.

The TV has really great picture quality for the price. The only ding I have on it is the audio quality of the built-in speakers. They're extremely poor. You'll want a soundbar of some sort to compensate.

TCL 55” QLED tv is great. We needed to upgrade to a smart tv and we hit the jackpot! Great sale price at BestBuy and it’s a beautiful set. We don’t do gaming, we just wanted a good set for regular tv viewing and streaming.

Tv has great picture and sound my only drawback was not being able to cast from my iPadFor me being able to cast from my iPad is important also the tv does not get spectrum app

Cant find a better deal for a 55” QLED. The set up is cumbersome. Expect a solid 20-30 minutes to set up your Amazon account and download most apps. Most Tvs now have these ready to go. The setup on the simlar priced Roku TV I got was more wuick snd efficient. The refresh rate is disappointing for a QLED. You will see some blur. Nothing crazy but noticeable compared to my Samsung. Again, what can you expect for $250? These are the issues with this TV and if you can get passed that, you have a winner. 3 stars
