    Con of this tv is they use the worst processors, this means laggy interface and very annoying. When you play a movie and stuff no isses just when you try to navigate the menus. I turned debuggin on to try and limit somethings to make it a little better but still for the price i get its a cheaper tv but come on seriously a laggy interface is not acceptable.

    The price point and visuals of this TV make it very attractive. We got it on sale and were thrilled for the first 3x days. Day 4 the remote stopped working. No big deal, this is a google enabled tv and there is a tcl remote app if that fails. Well, that is a load of crap. If you lose the remote, you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO A THING. The tcl app costs more money and everytime you blink it dosconnects. The google remote app has literally never connected in the history if the human species. This is an absolute deal breaker. Customer service promised 3-5 biz days, 2 weeks later with no way to watch shows on our brand new tv. Buy a more reputable brand that allows you to use the tv without the phsycial remotep
