    Really good, price and a good tv all around. sometimes it takes a minute to load, not sure why. hopefully it doesnt get worse. extremely bright screen, i keep it on low power mode to not blind myself.

    We fell in love with this tv which was the last one. The wonderful employees pulled it off the wall and shrink wrapped it and even helped us load it in our truck! It works great!

    I just bought the tv about a month ago and the color contrast is great, although i dont know if its just my tv but loading up different apps and switch apps is really slow

    Upon receiving the TCL TV Q6550G I ordered from Best Buy, I was dissatisfied to find the box open at the bottom, the screen covered with scotch tape, suggesting it might have been a previously opened or returned item. This experience has diminished my trust in Best Buy, and I've made the decision not to make any further purchases from them in the future. The condition in which the product arrived fell short of my expectations, leading to a negative impression of the overall shopping experience with Best Buy.

    I’ve been dealing with the tv being extra slow, not related to any internet error but it’s response time is just terrible, the tv cuts randomly to different apps when I’m not even near the remote, and it has the most difficulty I’ve seen in any tv simply connecting with my ps5 it’s constantly some kind of error. Don’t buy this image quality is great otherwise it’s not worth it.

    We bought this TV because it was really cheap. But it is terribly slow & lacks Apple Screen Mirroring feature. It has now disconnected itself from my Google Home Network & I have no clue how to get it back on. It won't take google commands or play custom screensavers anymore.

    I bought the tv 12/19/23. It was delivered 12/20/23. I had the tv less that 3 weeks. It's too late to return to best buy.I called Tcl for warranty instructions. I'm waiting on repair tech to get repair parts and schedule a date to fix the "black screen of death" issue. The screen is a dark blue when powered on. I can't access the home,nor other apps on the tv.

    I’m not a snob with tvs, but I got this mainly for gaming and to watch football. The sports setting is insane. The color vibrance changes so much. The gaming experience is great also. I’m sure there is better options but I’m a big fan and I’ve had this for over a year. Still going strong

    This tv has a beautiful screen, doesn't weigh a ton, and presents a very nice picture at a very good price. Operating system is Google based and works fine, the remote is sleek and easy to use. It's not the nicest tv ever made, but it's way nicer than the price tag would suggest, even in the age of low cost, quality tvs!
