    Overall a great TV for the price. Excellent picture quality. It didn't work out for us because of a tuner problem. Our building has a bulk cable program and all the stations are delivered via a single coax cable. When I scanned for stations it scanned correctly and found all the 177 channels, however it only could tune to half of them. Tech support was less than useless, trying to blame the cable company and building wiring. We had verified the signal with another brand TV and that one operated perfectly. We returned the TCL and bought another brand.

    HDMI CEC and ARC is horrible

    Although this TV is has great picture, and is great for gaming due to it's low imput lag, CEC has been nightmare on this TV. It straight up does not work. I have an Apple TV and PS5 connected and when I turn this on, My TV just striaght up refuses to turn on. Extremly dissapointed. HDMI ARC is also a nightmare. I have a sonos beam connteced and the TV will radomly just cut all sound and transfer back to TV Audio. Will be returning. Abosutely ridiculous. Learned my lesson. Don't cheap out on a TV. Get a Samsung, LG, or Sony only. TCLs are crap

    Excellent!! The first quality priced TV I ever purchased. I have everything I want, HD, 4K. Picture Quality and sound are fantastic. Just what I was looking for. And besides being a long time Best Buy Customer, the gift of the Apple TV trial, and FUBO trial sold me over other places that I shop. And that perk is phenomenal! I'm very happy with this purchase!

    For the price image quality is good but coming to other aspects like apps support, smooth navigation, and bug free operation TCL is lacking a lot compared to other manufacturers , for example this particular tcl model does not support HBO MAX, HULU natively and software is very very laggy , after using this particular TCL tv I will suggest everyone to not buy this model.
