    Tv has frozen twice after turning on. Have to unplug power supply to get it to work correctly.

    It’s cheaper for a reason

    I don’t like this TV bought it Oct. 2024 and it’s already acting up. Turns off by itself whenever it wants. There can be a lot of buffering at times and I have my router right behind it. Sometimes an automatic search comes on unexpectedly and it tries to search for whatever we are talking about. I don’t recommend this TV.

    The tv looks really great I went into Best Buy and spoke to a representative from tcl and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Speaking with him convinced me to buy the tv and I love it.

    I wanted to like this TV but goodness, the screen shutter and jitter are unbearable. It remained regardless of any changes I made to the settings. I tried everything, to no avail. I returned it and bought an LG.

    We tested this for a very bright room and at times, it was great. At other times it was hard to see. It seemed to change brightness based on the app or channel you were watching.

    Tv reliability is trash

    Do not buy. Have owned this TV for about six or seven months with no problems. Was working most of the day today. Went out for dinner came back and turned it on and it no longer worked. There was a faint back light to it and you could see where you were moving The remote cursor, but there was no picture.

    120hz will not work with my PS5

    This tv looks great and runs well aside from one main issue. I bought the tv because it has a 120hz screen. However, I cant get it to go higher than 59.9 fps. I've tried everything. I talked to TCL and PlayStation (ps5) customer service for over 2 hours and got no where. I also purchased a new 2.1 HDMI cable but that didn't help. I may just have to return this tv.

    Damaged screen

    Customer service said they're going to issue a return service. But after setting up the whole thing it's very disappointing to see a damaged display.

    Can’t Connect to Wifi

    Do not believe the Best Buy employees when they try to hype this TV. It is very unreliable in connect to wifi. They brag about having Google TV but the Google TV is worthless if you can’t connect to the internet.

    SUCKS. WORST TV I'VE EVER OWNED.

    I hate this TV. The lag is terrible. I have to press buttons multiple times to get a response and watching TV it will lag like CRAZY! Again, worst TV I have ever owned.

    Great visual. Horrendous audio

    After doing a lot of research on different TV brands and models, we chose the TCL QM7 as the best option for us. Picked this TV up very excitedly and brought it home only to set it up and find that the audio was horrendous. The audio came out muffled with unclear words that truly ruined the experience for us. We tried multiple rounds of factory resetting the TV and several other troubleshooting measures to solve the issue. The muffled audio problem disappeared on its own for some time, but after a few weeks of TV watching, the muffled audio came back again. No amount of troubleshooting was able to fix this horrendous muffled audio. Will definitely be returning the TV. 0/10 experience

    Unable to connect to Xfinity cable dvr or Apple+

    Unnecessarily difficult to change settings and wasn’t working with Apple streaming service or cable dvr. Returned for LG c4 oled tv and much, much happier with ease of use.
