    Great TV thus far. My only complaint is that when I go to a menu other than the cable and turnoff the system and return, I have to select the TV HDMI function to return to my cable TV setting.

    Terrible tv

    Picture is great but at time is overly bright causing headaches. Sound is terrible one minute you're at level 20 for volume next you have to turn it up to 40 to hear conversations during movies. Then down to 10 when there high action scenes or louder scenes. Should of bought a different tv.

    Its a tcl what did i expect

    Thus tv is bright and colorful thats all its going going for it. The sound is awful and the picture is so choppy and Pixelated no matter how much i tried to diel it in nothing worked to improve it in black scenes there was lots of smearing artifacting in fast scenes the tv could not keep up so blury even with motion control on. Color bandning is god awful on this tv the picture noise is atrocious as well. I swapped my Qm7 for a Samsung Q7D instead and its way better. Wont ever buy Another tcl tv again ever dont care how much cheaper they are than Samsung theres a reason why they are so cheap in the first place.

    NO FACTORY RESET BUTTON

    When the Google operating system locks up and you can't get to the menu screen the TV is toast. This unit has NO FACTORY RESET BUTTON. Your only option will be to return it for repair if under warranty or have the board replaced. Consider this a ONE year TV with a great picture, but... you are gambling for time after the warranty run out.

    Just an OK TV

    Ok TV. Colors are blown. Tons of ghosting... not good for gaming. When streaming shows, the TV glitches and the shows stutters... not good in 2024.

    The r646 is much better So much for new tech and it is definitely not brighter
