If you want to be frustrated and upset by this TV

After spending 20 minutes setting up and Google account . After you turn it off for more than a day it would forget or lock you out of the Google account and to log back in you needed to verify your account but you can't get past the security verification because you can't select the things it shows on screen to verify no way to move the curser with the remote. Did all the recommended stuff no work.. so return it got Hisense all good now

Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not one to write reviews but I am thoroughly disappointed. I bought this TV 2 months ago. Opened it a month ago to put in my new house. The screen sides slowly started popping off, not sticking to the TV and last night I came home to it completely off the TV. I contacted Best Buy customer support AND TCLs and nothing. "Not under warranty" anymore...? I try not to be a debby downer but this is hot garbage. Just splurge on a good brand, not TCL.

Google tv very glitchy and annoying

The Google home plug in is far superior to this. The TV will randomly switch to YouTube mid show and you have to reset and wait , sometimes multiple times in a row, before it goes back to normal. No amount updates and resets help the problem , just a bad black Friday deal tv.
