This is a great TV if you want full array local dimming, as close to OLED you can get with regular LEDs, without shelling out $800+. Got it on sale at $549, plus I had a few gift cards so I essentially got this TV for $200 and for that price it’s unbeatable. I want to speak objectively as if I had paid full price though, so I will. The picture quality is incredible for its price range (maybe TVs these days are just this good, it’s been 8 years since my last TV purchase). The Dolby vision looks great watching Andor on Disney+ and other shows/movies that use it. Dolby Atmos is also really good, the speakers on this thing can get LOUD and still sound great. I like that it’s google TV, the buttons on the controller are ones I use; Netflix, prime video, YouTube, Apple TV, Disney+ (and TCL TV which I guess is like free tv with ads). The remote is also backlit and has a sensor to turn on the backlight when you pick it up. Another plus is that the TV is pretty light for all that hardware it’s packing. I believe under 30lbs/14kgs so although it says 2 people needed to install I was able to do it on my own (29M, physically fit). Definitely recommend a mount for this one, the TV is flat enough to go great on a wall, I personally am using the Sanus elite advanced full motion mount I got here on Best Buy and it’s been great. There’s a lot of settings to go through, TCL has been pushing this weird AI art wallpapers that I hate. It made a scary looking “van goh” inspired piece and I shut it off immediately, can’t trust generative AI to know anything of course, no human is checking. On to the budget limitations. I could not get Apple HomeKit to work at all. I spoke to Apple and they couldn’t get it to work either. It’s been frustrating to get TCL to work on it too, their business hours are EST and I’m PST so I got a slim window to call after work, or email. Emailing has not been an optimal way to get help, you can understand this though. Heck it’s expected, TCL isn’t Samsung or LG, the user base is growing but it isn’t there so the support will be minimal. Overall, this is a great TV, especially if you catch it on sale. I foresee many years with it to come. Maybe in 5 years when the Geek Squad protection runs out, I’ll put it in the living room and get another one.

This is a great TV! My wife and I really enjoy the value. Everything looks and sounds good and the Google TV/Home integration is nice. Surprised with the internal speakers. Missing a star because: • The startup time is 30 seconds. But then again, these are complicated smart TV’s. • You can’t adjust the brightness all The way down… Even with all the brightness options turned down, TV is still bright for me to play video games while wife & baby sleep.

Great TV for the price! I love my new TCL MK6! The picture is super clear, colors look amazing, and the sound is great. It was easy to set up and runs all my apps fast. Looks nice in my living room too. Perfect value for the price!

I absolutely love this TV! The picture quality is stunning — vibrant colors, deep blacks, and crisp detail that makes movies and shows feel lifelike. Excellent tv for the price. Video games look way better than my 4k Vizio. The 144hz make a huge difference. Built in tv tuner is fast too! Channels switch faster than other tv’s I’ve had in the past.

This 55 TCL TV replaced my 6 year old Samsung TV and is an improvement. Picture is sharper & crisp, however not so bright. It works best in a room that is not bright. Volume is solid for a large bedroom or apartment, but a soundbar with subwoofer made it awesome.

This tv have it all and playing PS5 PRO on game mode instantly rendered 4k 120fps plus with pc gaming up 2 144hz 2 240hz makes a huge difference in gaming experience. If you want it all of Best Quality Features and premium TCL QM6K will delivered best performance 4 the Future.

I love this tv. Very easy to use. The google home option with it is super cool. Picture looks great! For the price idk if there’s a better option.

I was doing a lot of research before buying this TV and when I realized everything that I wanted and didn't want in a TV this was good one that I chose. I was worried because I always considered TCL and budget plan but then you tell this to you far past and the expectations I had. The screen quality is so clear and crisp that I didn't even think that TV could be this clear. Any TV programs that I've previously watched, when watching them on this new TV is like watching it completely different show. It's crazy. I got a good deal on this TV as it was on sale and it is well worth what I did I would pay either more for this quality. I had a suggest this TV to everyone and any one of that I talked to.

I recently saw a video regarding the worse 3 brands to buy. TCL was one of them. I don’t think so. This TV has a superb image quality. This “new” mini LED technology enhances every aspect of the image quality. Gaming is even better. I am looking forward to see how long it lasts.

Did a lot of research before purchasing. It is indeed a fine tv. just do the research for yourself. Sounds to good to be true for the price. I paid $399 and added on a 5 year service plan for $79, so anything except accidents is covered until January 2031. The biggest plus for this TV is it's full backlit coverage. Most of the less expensive TVs are edge lit, which by the very nature of it's design will probably start to fail in 3-5 years. Originally had a Panasonic Plasma....paid $1000 for it lasted for about 8 years. Then bought an LG Nanocell for $800 which was edge lit. After 4 years, there was white feathering along the bottom edge and then the middle of the tv about 11" in from each side started to darken. In dark scenes, it was difficult to watch. That is the result of it being edge lit. What ever TV you buy, don't get edge lit unless you understand you will probably be replacing it in 3-4 years. Get a back lit full array display that spreads the LEDs over the whole TV, instead of along the edge with a reflector screen That being said this TV was a huge bargain. And with the additional 5 year warranty....Good to go. Remember do your research and happy TV hunting.

For the price, it is a great tv to watch. Most of the streaming services (Max, Netflix, Hulu, etc) all have a great picture. Cable tv channels is still not the best. Video games it is great because of the refresh rate especially if you are using a PC. Still messing with the picture settings every now and then to get that perfect picture, but if you leave on default settings you will be fine.

This is a fine TV for the money, especially if you can get it on sale as I did. Occasionally the Google TV user interface can be a bit wonky, but overall everything looks better than my last Tv, so I can’t complain. Also if you don’t have an expensive sound system, the TV speakers are surprisingly impressive.

Hard to explain just how incredible this TV is without sounding like a shill. But honestly, for the price it's absolutely top shelf quality. Bought it for gaming/movies and the 144 hz refresh is perfect for what I play. That, and the black levels look nearly identical to an OLED display for a fraction of the price. Cannot recommended this enough!

This is my first tcl tv and I am overly impressed, amazing picture quality, the refresh is smooth and clean, I use it for gaming mostly. Also has a great sound system built right in.

So i recently, donated my old non-4k tv so i could upgrade to a 4k tv in its place. I knew i didnt want to spend tons of money for a replacement but i also wanted something good enough for both gaming and movies. I took the jump on this TCL miniLED 144hz 2025 model and couldnt believe the quality of the image. I’m a little taken back in words when im comparing it to my more expensive 65” I have in the living room. Its as good if not better then my big brand 4K tv. The only regret i have is not buying the larger version of this to maximize the wall space in my basement. I did however pair it with the TCL speaker bar system that was also popular and the two combined has probably been the best purchase for me of 2025. Definitely recommend it.

You get way more 4kTV for your money. It is a well built Features Rich TV. With Outstanding Picture and Features. I was thinking of getting a Samsung or LG 55" 4k TV. But when I started to compare them to this TCL 4K TV. I got way more TV and Features for my money. And the picture on all of them was so close. It came down to what you thought was better. I picked the TCL because of all things I got with this TCL verses the other 2. I ended up getting way more 4K TV then I thought I would. It even has really good speakers. Playing computer Games on it. Look great and run even better. Even though I have had this TV for a while I am still finding more things it can do. If you want a Great 4K TV for the price this is the one to get.

Simply put, this is a great TV. It blew me away that you can get such a good quality tv in this price category. I heard Vizio was a good tv brand, but I was not at all impressed. The UI chugged and the picture was well below my expectations. I swapped it out for this tv and I haven’t looked back. It looks almost the same as oled and a far better value, if you want an oled screen, but you don’t want to pay extra to get oled, then this is the tv for you. I am coming from an oled and I honestly can’t tell the difference. It also runs Google TV, which is the best smart tv platform. It has the biggest selection of apps and also runs the smoothest. I had heard mixed reviews for the TCL brand, but I've had it for three months without any problems. It has done an excellent job, thus far, of replacing my LG oled with equal service and quality. Go with this tv… Oled is very overrated.

I'd never heard of TCL. But, then again I'd never heard of Highsense years ago when I bought their TV. This TV has exceeded my expectations. I also use it on ocassion with my PC because of the 120hz refresh rate. The Smart TV functions are great and fast. Up until this TV, I always put a firestick in Smart TVs because it worked better and quicker. Not anymore. For the price I paid it is an absolute bargain. Worth every penny.

I love everthing about this TV so far except for the inputs not acting right. The picture is beautiful on it and the black is great. I am not getting reflections on it except for extremely bright lights. If you don't have external speakers or a receiver, the sound is great for a TV. The problem with inputs is that it won’t get or list the devices correctly. They won’t get the device, they won't list all the inputs when you select the show inputs, or it doubles them up on one input. I have been taking the device's HDMIs out and reinserting them. I'll get it show to up but when I put the next one in, it might show up on the first one I did with the other one still showing up on it too, or it won’t list it at all. The TV will start flipping back and forth to the devices that have 2 listed on one. Then other times when I put the next one in, the other device will dissappear. Another problem is, after I have taken a device off (pulled the HDMI cord out) the next one I plug the HDMI cord in for will still have the name of the last one, or another device will get the name of the one pulled out (it will still go to the correct device but have the wrong name.) I haven't gone to support yet for help but I will be going to it soon and then will update my review.
