Great picture and sound. But for some reason, it keeps losing the Wi-Fi connection and we have to reconnect it every few days. Our other smart tv’s don’t have this issue.

Good picture. Standard sound. Slow to load apps, but not terrible. It might be my internet speed. The Cox gigabit isn't a fast as they claim.

Bought this TV to replace one in my room. I have a 65 inch 6 series in our living room which I love. But the 58 4 series is a perfect secondary 4K TV do not hesitate to buy. You can’t beat it for under $300

This is the third TCL tv I’ve purchased from BestBuy never any problems and delivery people insisted to carry it right in to the living room great service and with the ease of ordering online great shopping experience all around

TV functionality is great, but having issues with the picture. And not even the picture, just the backlight. I received mine as open box - excellent. The TV looked brand new, with the except that the bag that contained the remote and paper work had a hole; no big deal. The Issue: TV works fine, but after a bit of usage, noticed a significant amount of back light bleed around the edges. I am willing to bet that the first person who initially returned the item saw this, and returned it. When best buy received it for testing, etc before repackaging, I could understand how this slipped through, as the TV physically was in perfect condition, and missing the backlight bleed would be very easy if you weren't looking for it. From what I can tell, this item should not have this much backlight bleed. Check RTings S455 review. Tentatively, I would recommend it, provided the replacement I will be getting (hopefully) has a better backlight.
