I bought this TV “open box”. TV works great must you must have a google account to use any apps on the TV, but that was easy enough to set up. Picture quality is good. I have no complaints

I really like this TV. Clear picture and good speed when processing. Built-in speakers aren't as bad as everyone says. Are they ideal - no, but good in a pinch. I wish it had another USB port. All in all a great deal for the money.

I have purchased over 10 TCL TVs in varying sizes, for home and where i work at and so far have not had any issues. You can not beat them for the price.

I was hesitant to purchase an android tv. The android was around $70 cheaper than the TCL. But it’s a good tv. I promise my firestick but it’s really clear.

Perfect for our empty wall in our kitchen. Picture and sound quality is great, don’t know yet how long it will last. So far so good.

Purchased 65 inch tv and had it mounted. Technicians were professional and gave excellent service. The tv looks great and the price was good.

I got this tv just after Christmas to upgrade a 10 year old 50" Phillips. I love the smart features, we are mostly an Android home so this model fit seamlessly into our current setup. I'm not a sound quality snob, so the sound this tv puts out is adequate for me, some might find it lacking. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a "Budget" 4k TV. If you have high expectations for any tv at this price point, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

Good quality picture and sound. The apps have some quirks - so occasionally you have to restart the Tv.

So far we are very happy with our tv. Picture is very clear and color is great

I'm glad that BestBuy had this in hir pre Black Friday deals. I was initially looking for a 55"tv to put in my spare bedroom. At the time I was searching this popped up and was only $20 different than any 55" deal out at the time. I love how it integrated seamlessly. All of he streaming services are @ my fingertips. The greatest surprise was the iptv streaming that I use was also already on here. I actually put thisin my bedroom and the 55" that I already had was moved to the guest room. Let's face it. This is too nice for the guest room.

The resolution on the screen is pretty crisp, except for when I'm using it on my nintendo switch with the H DMI arc.. The responsiveness of the screen works it works well, and the quickness to connect to apps is outstanding even on weaker Internet.

First time trying TLC brand and im very satisfied with it. Android makes it much easier since i have a android phone as well.

I am Very Happy with my TCL 65” Smart TV. I had gone shopping at several stores and Best Buy was certainly my best choice. The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to buy my TV at Best Buy.

Bought this TV for an outdoor patio. Works great with nice picture and sound. Good price point for what we needed it for.
