    Does not stay connected to internet very well, but decent tv for the money I guess. Probably would not buy again.

    Had less than 4 months and the entire panel went

    I bought this tv in June my entire panel went out in September, i now have to wait til mid november to get a replacement absolutely horrible customer service

    Sold me right TV, returned original (didn’t work). Was replaced with Android version. Didn’t feel like returning and working through issue (a 2nd time) and b/c original out of stock. Disappointed as I had to purchase / use Roku unit on top of purchase (via HDMI).

    They sold me a broken open box TV i went our of town that week never opened the tv came back 2 weeks later and i opened the tv and set it up turned out tv was broken screen was cracked, i knew i still had warranty so i when i told them is broken they told me i broke it and i had warranty my warranty so i went back to store and told them everything they were so rude and told me that they don't sell broken tvs and said that i had broken it and even with warranty in it they wouldn't do anything about it they spoke to me rudely and threatened to call cops on me, never will i buy anything from best buy ever again

    TV video unsyncs with the audio. The remote routinely unlinks from the TV. Apps crash frequently. Worst TV I have ever purchased. Don't waste your time.

    At times with different movies and channels the picture can be blurry. The color seems to have a light tint a lot of the time. I have went into all the picture adjustments and the don't seem to help. I wouldn't buy this television again.

    Terrible TV. Bought it brand new and none of the HDMI connections worked. I tried different inputs, different devices, tripple checked the connections and still no signal on any of them. I turned the TV off and then on again and nothing. I unplugged the TV faor about 10 minutes and turned it back on again and nothing. Dont waste your money

    TERRIBLE ONLY LASTED TWO MONTHS

    I had it for only two months and it already died it shows only a black screen I tried restarted it and nothing , next time I’d rather spend it on high end brand then just waste my money like this .

    I have 2 of these TCL 4 series 4k smart tvs...a 65" in the living room and a 55" in the bed room. Picture is really good. Sound is good enough. It has most of the features the average viewer needs. I play my sony ps5 on the 65 inch and its been great. No this isnt the most amazing television, but it does well enough across the board and you are getting your moneys worth and more with this purchase. One thing i do have to mention is that either the wifi connectivity or the chip set or processor for the smart functions of the tv isnt the fastest. I have 300mbps internet and sometimes netflix and peacock can lag a bit while loading up the app or when scrolling through to select what to watch...its not a deal breaker, its just probably the one thing thats an obvious negative. It could be that these apps arent optimized for tcl televisions but i think its probably just cheap dated hardware. Either way ive had both tvs since early 2020 and neither is defective or broken as ive seen in other reviews....if its defective you get another for free....i had a $3,000 samsung back in 2007 come in defective.....it happens, so thats nothing to really worry about.
