Within months of purchase, the video on the screen started just going black randomly when on. I called, they sent someone to replace the video card. He ended cracking the screen in the process. They initally refused to replace but after repeated attempts finally did a month or so later. Within weeks, the replacement did the same thing. Absolute waste of money. Will never purchase a TCL again.

6.5 months in and this thing bonks completely. Flicker screen, then black screen. Went through all the potential fixes, including some remote reset stuff that reminded me of playing Contra on a Nintendo. Nothing worked. Best Buy won't replace it because their exchange policy only lasts 6 months. After literally weeks of back and forth with the TCL warranty, they finally say they'll send a new one....eventually...please wait 7-12 business days for someone to schedule an appointment to replace it. At this point we're about a month in with no TV and if we're lucky, we'll have a replacement refurbished TV in another month. Madness.
