    Nice set overall, great picture. I don't use the sound so I don't know. 3 stars is because whenever the set notices a change of resolution, the screen goes black for up to 5 seconds before showing the picture, even if the resolution hasn't changed. It's annoying. If you're scanning around, trying to find something to watch, the black out screen will get on your nerves like it does on mine. Having said that, I'm using an external Roku ultra device that never gave me that problem on my previous set, so I'm assuming it's the TV itself. Otherwise the picture is great and I would have zero complaints. That constant hesitation though...

    There is no way to beat the value of this TV. I have owned lots of TVs and this is the best bang for the buck. I saw some people had minor complaints on the interface, I have had no issues and it seems to work well. Some provider apps aren't great but that isn't the TV's fault. I would buy another one in a heart beat.

    This is a great looking tv but it’s Google software is not as user friendly as the Roku version. It’s a hassle to wirelessly cast or airplay. Hopefully, future software updates will Improve this. Get the Roku version.

    have loved my tcl tvs, including my older 4k 30 hz that i had for a year before buying this samsung q70 junk. but kept my old tcl in the spare, and have this new 65 inch for the living room tv. no issues, just quality picture, i use my own home theatre. recommend tcl over samsung any day now

    The screen is big, and the picture quality is fluid. Sixty-five65 inches is best in the TCL. I have tried 50 inches and this. There is a lot of difference. Please use a truck while taking it home. I used shipping, so the best buy delivery is very good and convenient.

    The only drawback to this purchase is the remote does not have enough function. The picture quality is good and when you change the picture mode to SMART you get the full benefit of the 4K.

    It took a little more time to set up. But once we got it all set up, it’s a great TV. The sound is a tad quite, compared to our other TV, but it works. The price was great!

    We purchased 2 of these TV's a prizes for a recent raffle. The size and quality of the TV was a selling point for our ticket buyers. We were able to make several hundred dollars in our raffle partly because of the value in purchasing these from best buy
