After reading all the reviews I thought I would give this tv a chance. Believe it when reviewers say it’s DARK bc it IS. The picture is pretty good. My Apple TV doesn’t sync well with this tv. The color is good but the sound is relatively low. BUT THE PRICE WAS GREAT!

TV picture quality is very good (but I grew up getting off a couch to hand-dial any channel change to UHF vs VHF) .... TCL's use of "Google TV" is still lacking in some cases, like speed of loading apps and the occasional hiccups. Hopefully that will be addressed soon in an OS update, as many others have noted.

Tv is easy to set up. The menu is easy to navigate. I use it in an airbnb and have had no issues

This is my second 65 inch TCL TV. The picture is great and it seems full-featured. However, my first TV developed permanent lines on the picture screen after only two years of use. Best Buy and TCL honored the warranty with no problems. All in all, it seems like good value for the money spent.
