So far the TV looks great. No dead pixels. The blacks are so black that it makes the colors pop. This might be that the other TV it replaced is a 55” Panasonic that is 10 years old. Not QLED and edge lit. At first the OTA channels were horrible. I had to set the AI features to make them more watchable. My OTA channels are 1080i or 720i or 480i. The 1080p and 4K looks great. I don’t watch sports, but what I have seen looks good to me. Minimal blur when it does happen. Movies and streaming are great to watch. The sound is okay. It is loud enough and I can’t detect any distortion. What do you expect from a speaker in a 3” thick frame. I understand that if I want better, a sound bar is needed. Roku seems so much more mature and responsive. Simple remote easy to use.

This TV has been a great addition to the house. The picture and audio are amazing. I do use a soundbar for audio but the few times I have used the tv speakers the audio hasnt been too bad. I snagged it on a sale so the price was perfect. I've used the Roku platform for years so I love that it is built right in.

Great tv for the price. This is my third Roku TV. I find that Roku’s user interface is the best way to access all my streaming subscriptions. I like Roku’s interface better than Apple TV’s interface and way better than Samsung’s Tizen interface. This TV has a nice picture and the speakers are descent enough for me.

So far it’s great! A 65” 4K QLED TV for approximately $400 is a bargain plus this 5 series TCL-Roku model is amazing. Plugged into Ethernet connection and power and immediately had all my streaming local and specialty channels. Enjoying my YouTube TV subscription and related apps in less than 5 minutes. Sound is acceptable for standard viewing but would recommend added audio bar to enhance performance. Highly recommend

Good television, excellent image and excellent price.

We are using this TV in a family room to replace a 55 inch 7000 model Samsung which served us well. We were just looking for something bigger. A TV from Samsung or one of the other big names will set you back far more money and give you less features. For example this is full array backlight and not just edge lit. I view this TCL as a great bang for the buck option for anyone not looking for the very best in terms of brand and features. If you go in with reasonable expectations and are looking for a great value, this definitely will serve you needs.

I love this TV it is amazing had it for about a Year and I have absolutely no complaints, the Sound quality 10/10 the display is super nice and clear I have it in. My living room and absolutely love this TV

Was a little skeptical about buying a tv this size from tcl. After doing research I decided to go with it. Happy with my purchase of this tv. The screen is bright and adjustable, and it upscales everything to 4k the best it can. The Smart tv (Roku) works much better and more responsive than firetv. And the price can’t be beat for what you get. Would recommend and would purchase again

Great tv. Great quality. Picture is clean and crisp. It gets very bright and the viewing angles are great. I personally dont like the roku platform as it doesnt have many options or customization. So i bought a fire stick 4k max. The roku is ok, but way better with the 4k max fire stick

It’s great that is a Roku tv and the picture is outstanding. It is in the family room and the picture is great from any angle. Worth every penny.

This TV was easy to setup; fits nicely on my console; the colors are crisp and I get all the channels I like to stream via the Roku and my internet access. It is quite a deal.

Great value. Give up a little based on the larger TV size (thickness behind the screen) but the thin bezel looks great from the head on. 4k content looks great on this TV. Brightness is great too.

This is the best 65 inch tv you can get for under $500 (if you can find an open box one). Be ready to supply your own remote and power cable, which should be easy since its a roku rv with a standard power cable.
