This is a great tv. The picture is very clear and very detailed. It was very easy to install all of our channels. The set up was very easy also. It is very solid, well constructed. Very pleased

This is a TV for our bedroom, so I was going in to be as practical as possible. With a lot of research and Q&A with the Best Buy staff I kept going back to this, even though it’s not a “name brand” most people recognize. At the 65” size, and at this price point, I don’t think you will find a better bang for your buck. I did purchase the TCL sound bar, as the TV speakers seemed to be it’s weakest feature. Once mounted and set up, I am happy with my purchase.

I tried a couple other budget QLED TVs, but ended up buying this one because the picture was appreciably better. Then I bought a 55" model of the same series for only $420! Can't beat for the price...

I had not heard of this brand prior to my purchase. At $800, I thought I’d give it a shot. So far, so good. Great picture for the money!

I've never seen blacks this deep on an LCD. Local dimming actually works really well too! Also being able to basically use it as a Google speaker even while the tv is off is also impressive. Sony, Samsung and LG better watch out, TCL is bringing the heat with this one. Remote might take some getting used to for some but shouldn't be a big deal.

Excellent quality , clear picture great contrast, the qled is better then any of my other 4K TVs

Screen looks awesome but I have had issues with app compatibility. If I was going to buy one again I would get the Roku model not the google TV model.

Its been more than a year and its still awesome so far.

Great picture, easy set up, ambient mode with Google photos is pretty cool. Love it.

Bit slow of a tv. I got this tv to replace another and im slightly disappointing with the speed of the ui. Everything just takes a bit longer than it should!

This tv displays a very good picture. The sound quality is far more than I expected on a television minus surround sound. I’m very pleased with this purchase and at a reasonable price.

The picture is perfect, don’t really care for the remote for this tv. Wish that all the apps were all I the same location and that I could easily find what I was looking to do on the tv

Had this TV for less than a month and I not happy at all. About 10 years ago I made the switch from Sony Bravia to TCL and never looked back until now. This is our 4th TCL TV and the most expensive, I assumed stepping up to class 5 would be an upgrade but not so. Was watching Yellowstone the other day and during a nighttime scene the blacks were just horrible. It looked like there were black ghosts moving in the background. Kind of difficult to describe. I will contact TCL for assistance, but won't be keeping this TV if not 100% resolved.

Great Picture. The overall value for the TV is awesome. There are a few small settings that yo need to dial in, but other than that, the product is good to go!

Great picture easy mount good sound works with Google

This is a sad representation of the quality in an Android system. From failing to install/load apps, or just taking way too long to do so, to not actually remembering its last input used despite being set to do so, this TV is really finicky and has been a huge disappointment over the 1.5 years I've owned it. I have another TCL branded TV and it is older and excellent compared to this one. I got this one thinking that Google backing it would mean a great TV, but no. I particularly hate that it doesn't allow you to switch profiles in Google apps without affecting the user on the home screen (like solely switching profiles in the YouTube app), and you can't disable that. I also hate that it goes into ambient mode (where it shows Google images as a screensaver) after about a minute of idle time, and it sometimes kicks you out of the app you were in and returns to the home screen once you press a button, AND YOU CAN'T DISABLE AMBIENT MODE! Like, why?? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this TV. I am about to sell it so I can get something else.

Solid resolution, vivid color and decent sound. Good value por it's characteristics.

Affordable and great picture. Easy to install and get up and running.

There is a considerable amount of backlight bleed-through with a band pattern. The google tv implementation is sluggish; the HDMI ARC keeps dropping and disconnecting. I would not recommend to buy this. Better go with Samsung edge light non QLED than dealing with the direct light, barely working QLED tv.
