Great whenever it doesn't glitch out

Mine has been occassionally glitching out since day 1. I have to unplug it for 10 or so seconds to reset it. I would send it back but it's a secondary tv in my house. Plus, everything else at this price point is junk anyways!

Good TV with Softwares and audio issues

It produce uniform black with great uniformity and without noticeable blooming . 2) I noticed gradient banding issue but its gone after setting to clear gradient High option. 3) App switcher is great feature 4) Voice search was excellent

Decent TV for the money

Some apps are buggy/flakey and either don't load or stutter badly so I ended up putting a Roku on it, which is not something you plan to do when you buy a Google TV. Hopefully Google updates these devices and it'll improve in time.

I couldn’t believe all of the features for the price point. The sound & picture are both great. Very happy with this purchase & would definitely recommend.

Great QLED value

It is incredibly bright in a well lit room and delivers excellent quality. Comparing it to the OLEDs, the darks are not as dark. So if you prefer to watch movies or moody tv shows, this might not be the best TV for you. The built in smart tv is subpar, so I would recommend a smart tv device to accompany this TV.

Got open box item of this TV and it was damaged and not working. They replaced with brand new version and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful! Awesome!!!

Significant Flashlighting

I have two TCL 4 series TVs that have just as good of a picture as this five series TV, and they were considerably cheaper.

Get the older model

Everything is slow to load and apps don’t work. I can select Hulu and it will just take me back to the Home Screen. The TV can get confused and not load other streaming apps. I have to fight the interface a lot just to a show, it is extremely frustrating. I know it seems like a minor detail, but it is so frustrating that I wish I could return it. I don’t know if the issue is occurring because it is a Google interface. But I have an older model and it works seamlessly. Buy the older model, it’s cheaper, the picture quality is good, and the interface is better.

Great 4k for the price

The only complaint is the sound quality, it sounds a bit like it’s coming from a can, but I use a sound bar so that is easily overlooked.

Replaced an LG with this
