I returned a Samsung TV because it was not great and picked up this one. It has much better picture and the ROKU interface is much easier to use. However, there are four spots on the screen, one is about 1/3in. See attached pictures. I contacted TCL support and jumped through a bunch of hoops to send them the information they required to troubleshoot. A week and a half later they have not responded. Thankfully, Best Buy was getting the TV back in stock and I was able to schedule a swap on the phone with no hassles! If you are looking for any help you might want to avoid TCL. Hopefully, TCL will eventually be able to have support and quality control to match their technology. Thanks to Best Buy for the swap. Hopefully, no spots.

Nice budget TV if you can't afford OLED. However banning adult programming and applications on all TCL TV's really frustrates me. I should be able to watch whatever I want to watch on my own TV. This was an egregious overreach of corporate control on my device.

Super sharp picture, beautiful graphics on gaming . Lots of HDMI ports as well as optical and usb for accessories. Bargain price for the size and quality

This is our 3rd TCL and we love it. The picture is great! It has very deep blacks, the color has beautiful range. It is mainly used for casual gaming (Xbox one) and movies at our house. We couldnt be happier with it.

The TCL 5 Series 65” with Roku is an excellent quality television. The 4K QLED display shows a great picture whether streaming movies on Disney+ or HBO Max, playing Xbox, or watching Blu-ray discs. The built-in sound is decent and was easy to upgraded by connecting quality computer speakers.

I have not had this very long yet but for the price I’m impressed! Great picture, the sound is good and clear. I really have no complaints at all about this TV. It’s perfect for our space and from close angles and far away the picture looks great!

Tv has great picture quality. Sound is good but for the price what I'd expect, we have a sound bar so its not a problem. Overall we really like it and would definitely recommend it.

This model seemed too good to be true, and in my experience it was. The TV for the time it was actually cooperating had a great picture, decent sound, and being it a Roku an excellent menu to navigate. However shortly after receiving it it began turning on and off. At first I thought this was a glitch, and after fixing it by unplugging everything, resetting it, checking the remote for jammed buttons (there were none) it fixed. You can’t access the tv settings to see if this is a low power issue because again pressing any buttons will cause the tv to shut off. This has happened twice in less than 2 weeks. First time I gave it the benefit of the doubt, twice it’s a defective tv. It’s nice, but nowhere near worth the aggravation of having to troubleshoot the issue every week. It’s terrible the return policy is only two weeks on something this expensive because I can see this issue happening to someone further down the line of their purchase. To be on the safe side I’d skip this one all together.
