Overall great 4k TV. Good display, easy to use, setup was a breeze. Only bad; does not handle motion well in videos. Tons of blurs, and in 4k/UHD movies, skipping occurs during high motion scenes.

Very reasonable price with excellent picture and sound quality

I have enjoyed this TV. It offers a decent number of features and I have no regrets since I do not spend a ton of time using any TV. The speakers are ok, but I did not expect them be amazing to begin with in this price range. It is just what I wanted... a decent TV with good options for an affordable price.

Very impressed with this TV. I have other ROKU products, so I love having that software built in. I think ROKU’s platform is among the easiest to navigate. Also love that I was able to hook up the TCL sound bar and use the same remote for both the tv and the sound bar, very vibrant colors and high contrast.

Picture and clarity are very good. Easy setup. eARC to Atmos setup and use is a breeze. (you must have a system capable of Dolby Atmos to use. Only issue I have is at times the picture will freeze for about 1- 2 mins and it will randomly just restart. Only happens when using YouTube and Netflix. Overall, great TV

I've owned TCL for years and decided to move up in size from my 55 inch to a 65. I checked the reviews and options for a new TCL and they all pointed to this model. I decided to buy during the holidays to have more time to evaluate and return if needed. After putting on the stand and turning it on it failed to go to the setup screen. I unplugged it again and plugged back in with same results. I called TCL for help and we tried several troubleshooting attempts without success. TCL told me to return it to the store because it had a bad board. I did not exchange it at the time because I was afraid of board problems with this model. I started looking at other brands which didn't impress me and I preferred the Roku smart TV to Android or other platforms. I got some certificates and discounts codes from BB to apply to a major purchase and decided to give the TCL another try. This time a got a good one and worked perfectly out of the box. I am very happy with the picture quality and features on this TV. I've had it for 3 weeks now trouble free so I look forward to several years of use.

This TV was recommended to me by a store employee when I was shopping for a new TV. As much as the picture quality looked good in store I was hesitant as I had never heard of TCL before and assumed it was a cheap Chinese TV. I ended up giving it a shot and I have to admit I was wrong. The mini QLED is absolutely gorgeous and makes everything look clearer and crisper. The only negative thing I have to say is that the 60hz refresh rate is disappointing, esp for sports and gaming but at this price point it’s not a big deal. Unlike other manufacturers that sell 60hz at a premium or lie about 120 hz when it’s just 60 being horribly unconverted (*cough Samsung *cough) this TV does not lie about it and gives you an incredible picture at a relatively cheap price point.

Excellent picture quality. The colors are vibrant and the picture is sharp!!! Purchased this one then returned for a Samsung and the quality and sharpness of the Samsung did not even compare with the TCL, so returned the Samsung and this TCL! Very happy with this TV!!

This TV is great buy and price for the money. The QLED is defintely a brighter picture than I'm used to. This TV replaced a 7 year old Panasonic Plasma that fried in a storm. The picture quality is very good, vivid coloring, black is black (not grey toned), and the refresh/processing rate is quick that motion doesn't look blurry or slightly delayed as on earlier models. The TV was easy to setup and get going with right away. I enjoy Roku based TVs as they offer the most apps and features for what we use it for. I would buy this again. The only negative is I have one dead spot in the LED's about 3/4" diameter size at the very top frame, left side of the TV. I didn't want to return this because of this and I'm the only one so far that's noticed it so far, but at this price point, I'm not surprised at some quality flaw, otherwise I'd give this 5 stars.

this TV is a great budget buy, got it for a friend and he loves it. its a good option if you want to sta under 1K, and still get a nice screen. id recommend getting a google tv or apple tv if you dont like roku also, menu options for picture adjustment are very limited (as in all roku tvs)

If you’re looking for a decent picture with black spots on the bottom of the screen, then this is your next TV. TCL always touts that they have reliable, fantastic TVs, but this specific model has a Wi-Fi chip problem. TCL knows about this and will let you return the TV within a certain amount of time frame that I don’t remember at the moment. I exchanged mine within the first 3 months. So far the second one hasn’t flaked out, but it already has two dark spots at the bottom of the screen. It’s not too noticeable, just during brighter scenes. Not the best picture either. Decent blacks and whites, but it struggles with figures in motion and doesn’t really have great color. I’ll come back to add a photo later

Couldn't ask for more for watching Youtube and Gaming with an affordable price. QLED is enough for what I want. Sure it doesn't have hdmi 2.1 but I'm not ready to pay for that yet. Roku is a great and fast smart feature. And the picture quality is very vibrant when watching 4k.

Great picture for the value. The remote is absolute crap, Had known anything about roku I wouldn’t have purchased this tv. Tried the app remote, as well as, a universal...to no avail. If you enjoy scrolling through every single channel to select your desired channel....this tv is for you.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it's such a great value. The picture quality and brightness is much better than I expected for the price. I personally love Roku's smart TV OS because of how easy it is to install apps for just about any streaming service you want.

Excellent value and excellent picture & sound quality. It was easy to set up. It's very compatible with my Apple TV box with the exception that I can't adjust volume with the Apple remote and so have to use two remotes. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Extremely easy to setup. Vibrant colors and incredible picture quality. Extremely black colors with great depth. HD picture is so life like it looks like you could step into the TV show. ROKU Smart TV setup was easy to understand and configure.

Picture looks great and super easy to set up out of the box. As a previous ROKU owner just had to log in and apps I have used before show up. Do need to set up login info but that was smooth. Blu-ray and cable detected and added to the menu.

Excellent picture, easy setup. Once I connected to my Wi-Fi network it populated all my channels. I am definitely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it highly. This TV accepted all my accessories with no problem.

Very good tv I own a hisense and now a tcl very good television for the price of you want a qled beautiful picture quality better than some other brands I’ve own like Samsung vizio also the Roku system very easy to use and free channels!!!!

Pretty good tv nice stand nice colors and imagine quality you get what you pay for in this tv worth every penny if you have a little more money go for the series 6 but this is an excellent price
