Have purchased 8 TCL sets ranging from 32” to 65”. Have had them for 3 years with no issues. Just bought this 65” and am very pleased again.

This is a great TV. I had to recently replace my other one because my kid threw a hard toy at it. But I’d never buy another type of tv. So this is my 2nd one of the same kind. The price is perfect for the quality.

I had 3 x90 series. One was broke, the whole screen. They exchanged it for two more until I went to the TCL. It's been amazing!! Perfect for gaming and movies. Hands down, best for the money

Broke my c2 the day before and didnt wanna pay for another OLED so i bought this one and it was worth it. Great tv for the price

For the price paid I think it's a really nice TV. I use it as a monitor for my computer and it works just fine. I have not tested above 60Hz yet (I can only do that with DP not HDMI and I have no adapter). Speakers are a bit weak but nothing unexpected. Unlike the 55" model and below, this is quite heavy, I do not suggest a single person to move it. I do wish we were the total customers and not part of the product since the Apple+, Disney, etc channels are not uninstallable and it's annoying whenever my toddler starts the trailer that I don't know how to disable.

The TV itself looks great and the picture is absolutely gorgeous. Easily the nicest TV I’ve ever owned! It doesn’t have the greatest sound but totally serviceable.

Tv has an amazing picture, like everything is filmed live. Speakers are a lttleweak. But again, picture quality is top notch. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic picture,can see why this is a top rated TV in this price range.Roku system is user friendly.I paired this with a TCL sound bar ,very pleased with the performance.

Almost ½ the price of an LG OLED, and almost as good... Also, HDR10+ which the LG does not do.

I like it so far its an amazing tv especially paired 4k@120 hz gaming system. You will get full 4 120fps thats why i bought in the first place.

Having not bought a TV in 15 years, I did a lot of research for a tv under $1000 decided on the TCL 65R655 and surprise by how relatively easy it was to set up and picture quality is very good I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Great TV, and a great value! The contrast and detailed shadows are amazing. EZ set up for streaming and networking. Roku is easy to manipulate as well.

Best bang for the buck! Using it for the Xbox series x and it did all but one check mark on the ultra hd. You will need a sound bar.

PS5 games look awesome on the TV, great price. Compared to a Samsung or Sony that cost double

Gosh there's never been a more high quality tv for the money. I have looked at other options but for what i had been looking for in particular, mini-led, i just couldn't be more impressed and when i found out it was using artificial intelligence to improve the image quality i was completely shocked. For anything under oled this is the best option on the market!!!!

Great TV beautiful colors and contrast Roku operations system works great, only con is that you can’t control picture settings everything is preset.

Quality of picture is very good. Requires some adjustment. Viewing angle good. Not equal to LG or Sony which are at a much higher price point.

Purchased this unit to upgrade from a previous TCL model (65R615) to get new features like VRR now that the PS5 supports it, and also for a PC that I set up for gaming in my living room. I've been waiting specifically for TCL to put out a new Roku TV with these features because I prefer the Roku interface, even if it's less robust than other options. I initially had some problems with audio cutting out from all sources, connected to my soundbar through eARC, and problems with random screen blackouts and distortion connected to the PC. I had the soundbar connected with an old HDMI cable and the PC hooked up with a HDMI 2.1 cable from a certain online "basics" retailer. Swapped all the HDMI with quality certified HDMI 2.1 cables and all my problems went away. Audio now plays without dropping out, DTS audio from my PS5 plays surround properly over eARC, and g-sync works great with the RTX 3080 in my PC. On the downside, there isn't a whole lot of picture customization available on this model, and the local dimming feature still crushes blacks more than I'd like, but it's not really all that apparent in general use. Most of the HDMI 2.1 features aren't enabled on inputs by default, and you have to set them manually for some reason, but these are minor gripes. Overall, it's got a great picture and works great for gaming and watching movies.
