I had to order numerous tvs and thought it was this brand then found out with the larger tv my outlet was bad. Our local group was amazing in trying to figure it out.

Great tv- temporarily

We got it home and got it set up, and all was great! Until I noticed the screen had some discoloration. And it just keeps getting worse. So- the tv had a great picture for a couple months. Now there is an annoying blotch of discoloration.

Best TV screen

Google OS is perfect never faced the issue which being mentioned in reviews . Handle with care while transporting . There are high chances that leds May be damaged

Bought june 20,2022 screen is going bad

The TV bever started and there are no replacements

Beware of this, online reviews can be deceptive sometimes. Now my only option is to either return the tv or exchange for a higher price one.

Good Value / Poor Quality Control
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this tv up from Best Buy and drove home with it, making sure to handle it with the greatest of care. My friend and I set it up and peeled the stickers, and went through the Google setup process with high hopes, only to be greeted with three glaring dark spots in the lower part of the tv, which stand out glaringly during brighter scenes. Now I have to go through the process of replacing the set. If my replacement is defective again, I will have no choice but to go with a different brand. It really is a shame because the HDR picture quality is otherwise great.

Don’t buy it

Coming from Samsung 55KS8000, the think I liked the most about this model is Google TV. Many reviewers mentioned that local dimming algorithms are not great, but I found picture quality pretty good. Wishlist: TCL should release a good quality 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbars which pair well with their TVs. A feature similar to Samsung's Q-Symphony would be an icing on the cake!
