Great when it works as expected

Issues staying connected to WiFi, have to reconnect each time we turn on TV. Occasionally weird audio things, sound gets really loud or muffled, have to unplug TV to resolve it. We have highest speed internet offered by Xfinity, so it’s definitely something with this TV. When it is not having the technical issues- it is a really great picture and sound. Live sports have no tracers, clean and crisp.

The colors pop pop with HDR

The input lag is ok for gaming but the motion smoothing causes some artifacts for fast moving games. I turn that off

Solid TV but not perfect.

Huge improvement in picture, build, and sound quality...but my biggest complaint is the built in Roku UI. It's so much worse than the model I purchased 4 years ago. YouTube app is slow, Netflix is constantly crashing and I've had a ton of issues with other apps. I don't know if TCL is still optimizing the apps but I went out and purchased a firestick because of all the problems I was having.

Liked it but had reliability concerns.

I had issues with the hdmi ports not functioning and at one point the sound cut out and i could barely hear it. The hdmi port started working again over time when i moved the cable back to it and i was able to get the sound back to normal by unplugging the tv. Rather than continue to deal with these issues i exchanged it for what i hope will be a more reliable tv.
