Instead, think of them as an important new entrant, an innovator interested in challenging the status quo and delivering high-quality products with great features at prices well below the established name-brand electronics manufacturers we all know. Go read some in-depth reviews of the TCL product line and you'll quickly learn what I learned: that "brand" isn't as important as you think. Also, love the Roku interface!

Impulse purchase?

I was jealous. But a few weeks later Best Buy did it again so I have one still sitting in the box in our bedroom. I haven’t had time to install it yet but these review opportunities are usually time limited and I didn’t want to miss letting everyone know that on-line ordering was a snap and the delivery was quick and COVID-19 safe. I’ll trust my son about the TV itself.
