Too many issues

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture quality is definitely great for the price; however we’ve had many issues with the TV freezing, sound irregularities (high pitch / volume issues / and more) and having to restart/ reset it each time. Definitely not something you’d expect in a few months old tv. Very disappointed, never had these issues with our Samsung Q series. Never TCL again.

Not bad but has issues

I do get a little ghosting if something bright moves across a dark screen but I had to be looking for it to notice. The remote is very simple and basic but gets everything done. My biggest issue is there is a shadow that shows up on the screen. It is very noticeable on a white background and now that I see it I get distracted by it. I was lucky to get it on sale but this is not a top tier tv to me.

TCL is very underrated

Severe software problems, no support

And the Roku website did not help, it made me start over, too. What a PITA! Every few days, when switching between inputs, it corrupts itself, so that the new input is displayed incorrectly (tiny) AND, BONUS, the TV does not respond to the remote correctly. POWER OFF AND HOPE! Now, Roku has revenue problems, so, I am displaying my PC on this TV, but Roku says "my turn!", seizes the display for a full-screen Hulu ad WITH NO CLUE AS TO WHERE IT CAME FROM. Only after I unplugged my PC and the ad WAS STILL THERE did I realize it was the TV/Roku, invading my home. TCL and Roku are engaged in a criminal conspiracy. You should not count ion either one to continue in existence to support their products.

Great TV just not the 1 for the new Xbox.
