    I now own 4 TCL series 5 or higher spread over two homes. I cannot imagine more bang for your AV bucks.

    I don’t have any regrets. Nice build quality, beautiful image, Roku, and works well with Alexa. Worth it.

    BIG TIME!! Audio and sync issues

    I bought this TV 05/05/2020, barely used it for 100 hours so far , and it is having some serious audio and buffering issues . I am using the in-built speakers and on a wired 200mbps internet. It just spins/buffers forever as I turn it on , or sometime in the middle of a Netflix or Amazon video it will go into a buffer mode. Sound is very distorted , could barely understand a word even after I turn the volume all the way up. It seems to be having these issues more frequently these days , can barely watch it . The other TV (small) in the house seems to work just fine over wi-fi. We loved the picture quality and everything about the TV until we started to have these issues a few weeks ago.

    I did not like this tv. Not happy with clarity, sound, sharpness of picture. Was very easy to use if that is what is important. I returned it and bought the Samsung 65 inch. I felt the Roku was a cheap version of the Samsung..

    The picture quality of this TV is very good but it often has an annoying audio out of sync problem. It is like watching a badly dubbed foreign language movie. This does not happen all the time but it is very annoying when it does occur.

    tv is a great tv nice picture sound. However unable to mount the tv as the offsets that TCL provided did not fit the tv we contacted both Bestbuy no help referred us to TCL we contacted email them with pictures showing that the mounts do not fit they just sent us the same fittings again, them no help took several weeks to get any answer TCL suggested we return the tv to bestbuy. Contacted best buy they return date was out by 3 days would not except the tv Now we have a tv we cannot wall mount we are trying to get our money back terrible customer service on both best buy and TCL! Oh and the first tv from bestbuy came damaged had to return
