You get what you pay for

Tv review

Try to update software and there is always an error. Try to contact services for help with only sitting on hold.

Bad TV great customer service

I strongly recommend choosing a different TV. However, Best Buy was extremely helpful in the return process and helped me find a TV of better quality in my price range that I was able to take home the same day. 10/10 customer service from Best Buy, 0/10 quality of the TV

Failed Reimbursement

Once the set up team arrived, I was informed that I didn’t need nothing but installation. He canceled my order and put back in. I NEVER GOT THE $300 reimbursement

Legs would not attach to the tv

10/10 tv

I love this tv the remote is perfect if you’re into watching media and YouTube in specific. Air play is 10/10. I also can connect my Apple Music to play off the tv easily. Sound and appearance is clear and nice. Sometimes it lags when watching HBO, HULU and paramount+. I noticed this happens on all tvs and devices though so I believe it’s not related to the tv. I can also easily connect to my laptop to screen mirror with my HDMI cord. I switched all my media to connect to my price account. I pay less and it’s all way easier to view that way.

Great screen, annoying out of box

The most difficult two problems are that this TV must have an Amazon account attached, and only one. So if you have prime without ads you have to attach the right account in, or wipe everything if you switch who has prime. Otherwise when you start it up and get things setup just be ready for about an hour of updates after powering on, which is annoying but not terrible, then it's a nice tv with a great screen from there. Highly recommend a sound bar with this TV, the speakers are great... For a TV, and a sound bar or proper sound system will always be significantly better.
