    Having alot of problems with the Tv Sleep timer keeps coming on every 5 min set it for 240 min but tv resets back to 5 min each time. Also problem cutting Tv back on once it shut it self off

    A bit frustrating. It takes a while for the picture to get clear. Ive also noticed if im on a station for a while it will start freezing. I have to get out and get back in. Ive also had to do a restart because nothing would load.

    Seems like a good tv but sometimes when i try to turn up or down the volume by one bar it keeps going until it reaches the top or bottom so sometimes it gets really loud. It will let me turn it back down or up at that point but its like the buttons stick but the buttons aren’t actually sticking.

    I was looking for an inexpensive tv for my basement, but was really disappointed at how slow the operating system was. I returned it a day after opening it.

    The TV broke within 2 days of having it. The picture flickered and lost its color. I strongly recommend choosing a different TV. However, Best Buy was extremely helpful in the return process and helped me find a TV of better quality in my price range that I was able to take home the same day. 10/10 customer service from Best Buy, 0/10 quality of the TV

    This television continually shuts itself off and kicks out of streaming apps. Try to update software and there is always an error. Try to contact services for help with only sitting on hold.

    Failed Reimbursement

    I purchased this in the store. Once the set up team arrived, I was informed that I didn’t need nothing but installation. He canceled my order and put back in. I NEVER GOT THE $300 reimbursement

    The TV the picture was too big for the screen so only showed half of the screen and it will automatically turn off on its own when it was on auto

    Legs would not attach to the tv

    I could not get the legs on this tv. Not sure if screws were wrong but it should not be that hard to do.

    Great screen, annoying out of box

    The display of this TV is great, colors are wonderful and all essential features are present. The most difficult two problems are that this TV must have an Amazon account attached, and only one. So if you have prime without ads you have to attach the right account in, or wipe everything if you switch who has prime. Otherwise when you start it up and get things setup just be ready for about an hour of updates after powering on, which is annoying but not terrible, then it's a nice tv with a great screen from there. Highly recommend a sound bar with this TV, the speakers are great... For a TV, and a sound bar or proper sound system will always be significantly better.
