    We went in to actually purchase a TV, not just browse. Took about 20 minutes to get service. After about 40 minutes we decided on a TV that we were able to view the picture quality. The price came up higher than the sign, was told that price was for a smaller size. Manager would not match the price that was on a display of about 8-10 of these TVs and was actually rather rude about it. We ended up with a different one and are very happy with it.

    I am very happy with this TV. The picture quality is clear and vibrant, and the colors look very natural. The sound is good, and the setup was quick and easy. The design is modern and looks great in my living room. For the price, this TV offers excellent value and I would definitely recommend it to others

    This was our second TCL TV purchase and our first from Best Buy. It was delivered by Best Buy and setup by us without any problems. The TV works great but we still wish for the number key for channel selection however all the manufactures have dropped them.

    This is my first smart TV with streaming. Seems fairly easy to navigate. I like the picture quality. Sound is alright but probably could use a sound bar.

    This TCL is a decent 4K TV for under $300. HDR and brightness is nothing to really write home about for the price i paid during the Thanksgiving sales- it fits the bill. I can't say too much about sound quality from the built-in speakers since i use a sound bar but most TV's speakers are not all that great. A little bit of blooming when watching darker scenes (especially with HDR content) but it's not a deal breaker.

    Great picture quality, motion flow is amazing, surprisingly light for a 65 inch only 20 lbs. Great TV for the price what a value. Wall mount srew hole location is low on TV so it raised my TV a little bit compared to older Samsung but wasn't a issue

    This 65-inch TV exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is sharp with great color and brightness. Sound is solid, setup was easy, and it looks amazing in my living room. Would recommend.
