Lacking basic customer service

Took about 20 minutes to get service. After about 40 minutes we decided on a TV that we were able to view the picture quality. The price came up higher than the sign, was told that price was for a smaller size. Manager would not match the price that was on a display of about 8-10 of these TVs and was actually rather rude about it. We ended up with a different one and are very happy with it.
