Delivered on time, nothing broken, carried it to second floor, Tv worked right out of the box. Extremely happy with Best Buy because this is second time Best Buy came through after 2 Amazon total failures for new TV’s.

It was a disappointing experience for me as I eventually returned the TV and other alternatives that I wanted were not on sale like when I originally bought this TV. The Jailbars were so annoying I could not stand it although they were only present in 120Hz mode. The color and quality was definitely downgraded in this mode too but thats understandable. in 60Hz mode the brightness, contrast and depth of colors were great but then again I paid an extra 200 bucks for this TV to have a functional 120Hz mode which sadly it did not.

Great price and an excellent Television. It was very easy to set up. The room is hazy so the photo is not a great representation.

On line purchase went smooth. Product info available and easy to read. No long wait time for pick up. Well informed sales staff very friendly

Bought this tv in October and it was delivered November 1. We are in the middle of remodeling a garage which is what the tv was meant for so we weren’t going to be opening it for a couple months. The delivery guys said they would make note of this on the delivery. Well yesterday we finally got to the point of hanging the tvs. The box was in perfect shape giving me no cause to think the tv might be damaged inside. After opening this tv everything looked great. Got it mounted plugged it in and turned it on only to see the screen was broken in the upper left corner! Talked yo Best Buy customer service which was told my return window was closed and I could contact TCL they should be able to help. TCL basically told me not their problem and Best Buy should take care of it. Contacted Best Buy again and still told that because return window was closed there was nothing they could do! This is crap! There’s no way there is “nothing” they can do! I have bought probably 8 tvs in last 10 years from Best Buy and never had a problem but this ends my relationship with Best Buy! There are plenty of other stores or online merchants to buy from but I’ve always stayed loyal! My return window was only 10 days ago!

TCL is GARBAGE!!! Haven’t even had it for a year!! Worse TV brand I have ever bought. Currently, the screen is frozen on an app i tried opening up for more than 5 minutes! It won’t turn off, can’t go on to another app! Useless brand!! It lags a lot, yesterday I tried getting out of one app and onto another and it just kept taking me back to the first app I was trying to close. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GARBAGE TV, or BRAND!!!!

Would not recommend!!! Just ten days outside of my return date, TV is pixelated when powered on. Can go into settings and toggle the picture mode and it clears up. Will never purchase another TCL product. Spend the extra money to get a better quality product, sure wish I had. Stuck with a TV, that after 70 days of ownership, wasn’t worth what I paid for it.

I got the tv back in December 29, 2023. 65 inch model. Sadly my tv lags and shuts me out of apps. Not too sure whats going on with it. Had for about a month and cant return. Trying to see what geek squad can do?

I am overly impressed with this TCL 65 Q6 TV. I wasn't expecting such performance from a tv priced this low so that's awesome! In 2023 this is the best value TV out there hands down! No other 65" at this price would perform like this one does it. It comes with some slim tv support to match it's slim bezels and a cool remote that supports voice comands. The tv it's self it's light and gives you that infinity look from those almost non existent bezels. The connections are standard / 3 hdmi, 1 usb, audio jack, ethernet port, audio optic and cable tv \ But what makes this tv so awesome besides it's design is that color reproduction and picture quality overall. Being a direct-lit tv helps drastically with the black levels and the quantum dot technology makes it very useful in bright rooms without compromising the picture quality. I have it in my living room where it is surrounded by 6 large windows and i noticed that they build the screen panel in such way to deflect the light that comes in contact with delivering in this way the same great picture quality! The speakers they are there, nothing special like the rest of the tv. But WoW this tv is bright and does a great job on it's picture reproduction in any condition! And not to forget that low low price i feel like it a complete steal!

I have been wanting a 65 inch TV for sometime, so I was excited to get this TV. It has taken me awhile to get it set up since the manual indicated that the stand separation was 54.3 inches and my current TV stand is 47 inch Long 16 inches Wide. I made several trips looking for a new TV stand and searched the web. Most online stores require assembly. I finally found a top to extend the length of my stand. We put on the legs and discovered that there were 2 options for the location of stand legs and they magically fit into a space of 36 inches! Thus the reason for removing one star! I hooked up the TV to my WIFI but I had great difficulty getting logged into my Goggle/Gmail account. I knew my password but it would not recognize the password. Then it wouldn’t recognize my recovery account which is an iCloud account. It finally let me reset my password (using my original password) and I was finally logged in. There were lots of options of show on Goggle TV but we were in the process of watching a series on Hulu. I could not find the Hulu app which seemed strange since Prime was there as well as the Disney Channel that owns Hulu. I found a Hulu show and it then wanted to download the Hulu app but it kept saying that it was Pending. I have High Speed Fiber At this house so I don’t think it was my internet. We finally had to settle watching a movie on Prime. Later, I Goggled about how to get Hulu and a couple of YouTubers just said to hook up a Roku so once I did this, I got Hulu and all of my favorite apps. The color and resolution was fantastic! I was also very happy that we could hear the voice and we will not need to add a sound bar. I just set up another new TV and the sound was horrible and we then needed to buy a sound bar. So after getting everything working, I really like this TV but I don’t know why set-up needs to be so difficult since there would be many people that would not have the technical skills to do this. At least this TV had a printed Manual and many new devices only have an online version.

What makes it even better is the included voice remote that allows you to easily navigate or find what you’re looking for. For example, you could make a precise request like “Take me to Netflix”, or an inspirational one like “Show me action movies”. Having Google TV built-in offers a variety of other features I find useful, like the ability to cast content from your phone, set up a personalized profile for curated recommendations, or make a watchlist that combines movies and shows from various apps into one easy-to-access list. Another neat feature worth mentioning is Bluetooth Personal Audio. It allows you to connect and listen through Bluetooth headphones. This is perfect for when I want to quietly watch a show or game while my wife is napping. Audio: The speakers on the TCL Q6 are quite good. With DTS Virtual:X, an audio technology that delivers 3D sound, you get somewhat of a home theater experience. I say somewhat because it's just not going to beat a soundbar and subwoofer combo or a surround sound speaker system. I spent a lot of time researching tv's so we could get the best bang for the buck and good picture quality. At first I wanted a 75" but most of those were not in our price range, so i started looking at 65". Found this one on sale and decided this was the one. And I couldnt be happier! The ease of set up. Never had a google os system before. Just firesticks. But it wasnt much of a difference for me. The picture quality is fantastic! Almost too clear! The quality that tcl provides are this budget price is amazing. I totally recommend this tv. Its qled, have not had any issues with lang with it only being a 60 htz panel. Brightness levels have been really great. I could probably turn the brightness down a bit actually. Sound is decent but I would plan on a sound bar if you want deeper sounds Video games have been great on it. Completely satisfied with my purchase of this tv.

I absolutely love this television. The picture quality, functional, the remote is all amazing. The only thing I could say about it improvements is the voice control button is a little laggy when you first turn the TV on. Also, with this specific model, I wish the remote buttons illuminated

Went through 6 TVs and this is the 7th one. First time writing a review out of these 7 TVs. First was a LG QNED and replaced again with the same LG QNED at $800 - Issue was backlight bleeding for both units. Then I went with Hisense U6H - UI is way too slow for me but no panel issues. Then I went with a Samsung AU8000 - First one has an issue with back LCD panel that is open then exchanged with the same thing just to get another one with a backlight bleed issue. Went for a Sony X85K after the samsung, everything looks good and I had no complaints until I experience WiFi just completely turns off at least once a day. I saw this TV TCL Q6 just been released and I have this for 3 days now and so far none of these issues that I've experienced with the past 6 TVs are present on this unit that I have. For now I will give it a 5 star since the picture quality is just as good as the past TVs that I went through. UI is not smooth maybe because I'm used to 120hz panel but it is not SLOW. I think this time I may be able to throw away a TV box at last!

I bought the TCL Q5 65 from BB for 399 and it's a great TV for the money I don't right reviews but I have a 65 hisense u6h and this TCL is just as good bright nice remote and I added a Yamaha soundbar I would buy it again nice clear bright picture not true black but for the money it's good buy this one no regrets
