Fell in love immediately, but as they say, the honeymoon was short. Day 1 the jump from 55” to 65” was mesmerizing. Day 2 why is this thing only running at 60 HZ, I paid way more for a native 120 hz screen. My fault, didn’t have a hdmi 2.1 cable. Purchasd said cable (and tested multiple times, that’s not the problem) response…we’ll be be in touch. My Last TCL was a home run. This feels like a bunt at this point. Photo is how I finally got it to work. Are we still blowing into Nintendo cartridges?

TV has great picture for movies and HD streaming. Not the best motion processing. High refresh rate but you still get a little distortion when watching sports with a ton of little tiny moving things all over the screen. Still highly recommend for the price point. You have to spend double this to get a better motion processor.

We purchased the Q7 QLED 65in Google TV after our salesman talked about it and showed us the differences of the others. We were looking for an hour or more with no luck and getting ready to leave without a tv. We are blown away with this tv! The pictures are so sharp and clear it is a huge improvement from the tv we had and what we ever experienced before. I love how smart this tv actually is. We never knew there were so many different channels to explore within the tv itself. Brilliant!! Lol The tv offers us so many different options and we actually enjoy watching tv again. So glad we spoiled ourselves.

Extremely happy with this TV, got a great deal and it’s exactly what I needed. Easy to set up and great picture.

I almost returned this, and may still, due the challenges setting up surround sound. With HDMI from my Windows PC to the TV, and optical audio from the TV to my A/V receiver (Onkyo TX-NR575), I was able to get stereo audio only: no 5.1 surround sound. With HDMI from my PC to my receiver, and HDMI from receiver to the TV, I got different results depending on which HDMI port on the TV I used. For ports 1 and 2, I got static. Port 3 works as desired. With port 4, the one labeled e(ARC), I got stereo audio only, and also strange problem. After exiting a 1080p video game, and returning to 4k, the TV would enter a cycle of the screen going blank about every 10 seconds. The user manual offers no information about the HDMI ports. I found port 3 was special through trial and error. I had no trouble with 5.1 audio on my older TV and this TV is the only new element in my setup. Other observations: There are zero physical controls, you can't even power it on without the remote. The branding on the remote is obtrusive. The picture quality seems nice.

I LOVE this tv - put it in my Living Room and couldn't be happier. It has the 240 refresh rate also, which is hard to find in this price range! No lag and is crystal clear!

Wonderful oicture great blacks and contrast easy setup

We bought this mainly for Gaming and it works perfectly for that the picture quality is so much better for the gaming experience. Yet also is great for streaming and Movies as well. We really love it!

Good budget TV from TCL. Very good picture quality and sound system. However TV has slowed down since purchased and sometimes has to be restarted

Great value for the price. Deep blacks, great color gamut and overall responsive Google OS with a great picture, similar to mid range LG pics but for lower price while having premium features!

The picture quality of the tv is excellent for the price. Set up was easy and connected to my devices with no problem. Sound quality is very good as well. Too soon to tell how long the product will last, first time buying a TCL tv.

I use to own few TCL brands, This Q7 65inch for $620 is a champ! Got it on sale. Blacks are awesome! And it supports vrr/120HZ! And say good bye to Laggy Os this one is snappy! Decided to get the geeksquad 5 years peace of mind for 139$ (this is a must)

I was so surprised at how vivid the picture is ease of use also Netflix and and prime video on on the remote don't need the streaming sticks and picture is perfect. You will love it.

Straight out of the box, the picture is great! Nice and bright and colorful. Easy to set up. Even the off-center picture is better than expected. The sound is decent for watching std tv. I may try to do some tweaking, but it's not really necessary.

Great picture, color, sound . Price was reasonable. Husband installed over fireplace. Looks good and we added speaker under it for great sound . Just like being in the movies but in the comfort of your own home.

Our Best Buy had a display of this model and the Hisense U8H, which is the 2 models I was trying to decide between. This has, in my opinion, a better picture and more featurs. And is great for gaming!

This TV was a great deal and has a beautiful picture. Very easy to set up.
