  • Good but not looking out for customer satisfaction

    TV was great the first 8 months or so. After which, we began to notice what appeared like slight dimming on the top 2 inches or so of the tv. It was hard to see and not really noticeable during the day. After a day or two dimming was no longer visible so we thought it was just us imagining things. However, give or take two weeks around the time of the 1 - year warranty expiring the tv was acting up majorly. The colors were all wrong, not just on one app but on everything, even after doing a simple restart. This lasted a few hours and didn't occur again for a couple days. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the warranty was within days of expiring. I reached out maybe 15 to 20 days after the warranty expired and they refused to cover it, even though the issues began within days of the warranty expiration. Now this still happens occasionally but fortunately not too often yet. That is the only reason for taking 2 stars away.

    The tv has great picture and is really technologically advanced. The remote lights up each time you pick it up like a phone does, and I have zero concerns with how it works with my PS5 and gaming in general. The one issue that really holds it back is the sound quality. It’s pretty bad and all over the place. However, since I got the TV for a reasonable price, I am still able to meet my budget by buying a sound bar with it.

    Love this TV. Excellent picture for movies, tv and sports, and a very fast and smooth look for video games. Google TV is 10 times faster and better then Roku. Sound is pretty ok, but it was perfect for what I needed. Would definitely buy this TV again.

    I’ve had it for under a year and it’s been lightly used and the first hdmi port went out and doesn’t work, I’ve been nothing but careful with it. But otherwise has been good

    We upgraded from Q5 to Q7, and it's a great value for the price. There are no faults yet. I also like the glow in the dark remote update :) Best Buy's delivery was quick and smooth.
