  • Sound and image issues

    When the tv works well the image quality is great and we enjoy it a lot. We have had a number of issues with this tv—the image on the screen will suddenly discolor and the sound will cut out. We have the tv connected to an Apple TV box and a Sony soundbar. Maybe we just got a faulty tv but unfortunately we will need to buy a different one. Not sure if I will try this one again or not.

    Image is great but a lot of the programs we watch are not recorded on HD so we don't get the benefit of the QLED with everything we view.
