    The best buy team were all great in providing me relvant informtion prior to making decison. I have bought several items from best buy and wpuld always be supported by the best advice.     it has been shut down periodically I have to unplug the plug and plug it back in and then I will work other than that. Great functionality big fan for budget TVs.
