Good picture, poor sound

I do not recommend this tv unless you intend to use a sound bar. The tv's speakers are very tinny, and the sound controls in the control panel belong on a $99 Hisense.

Lower Quality 65inch TV

It is built for lower quality. It has a cloudy film look for your viewing experience. I was told differently. If I had to do it again, I would not. If you desire quality, you need to spend around d$700.00. This is low quality for a 65-inch TV. It is just OK.

didn't receive YouTube premium

This TV came with an offer for a subscription to YouTube Premium for 3 months. After a week of use, I still haven't received the code to activate YouTube Premium. Came to the store, they said that the request was sent, but I still haven't received anything. Online support can't help. Their website lags very badly and I can't log into my account. Only the app on the phone works. The TV turned out to have one dead pixel. Well, I think this is normal for such a diagonal, but it's still unpleasant. The main question is where is my YouTube Premium. Bad experience with this store.

power issues

a great middle of the road tv

Sounds is awesome - ended up returning the sound bar i was sure i would need because the sound out of the box was 100% better than my last tv. settings navigation is not as fast as it could be but i like how it's set up and i like that many settings are explained in the menus themselves so you don't need to reference an owners manual. very easy to set up out of the box as well.
