Terrible picture quality

I play HATE the picture quality. I like playing video games, watching sports, and movies. The color settings and picture quality are not good at all. Extremely disappointing and frustrated with this purchase. If I could return it I would. I can’t express how disappointed I am with this purchase.

The blacks were bad (light bleed-through), the color was dull and the motion was robotic (no setting to turn it off). I also couldn't get it to play nicely with the AppleTV remote (use Apple remote to turn TV on/off). I'm returning this thing.

Awful Customer Service

The TV died about 10 days after delivery, and BB refused to replace it so, I had to deal with the vendor. BB lost a customer for life. I will not buy a box of staplers from BB.

Not a great TV.

This TV is a budget TV and I’ve seen better contrast in blacks in standard budget LED’s with no local dimming. The blooming and washed out colors are why I’m getting rid of the one I purchased recently.

Bad TV. Worse Support.

Both Best Buy and TCL are no help. What is the point of a protection plan if you don't actually help. TV refuses to stay in the same mode. It always switches it self to Vivid randomly.

Causes motion sickness

Returned and bought the 65 in. Samsung QN85D also the 55 in. Samsung Q7F Both are excellent TVs.

I am regretful!

I am very disappointed with this TV. I turned on the same live soccer game on this TV and on our other 2 LG TVs, one of which is only HD capable made in 2020, not even capable for 4K streams, LG ones were way better than this TCL TV. I am stuck with this TV and I guess I will use it just for playing games or sth.

Broke within a few hours

Great purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disclaimer: this was an upgrade to a 15 yr old 46" TV, so anything was going to be miles better. I've had this TV for about a month. Very happy overall. Love the resolution and refresh rate. The only minor quibble I have is that the picture seems a little bit on the red side. Haven't been able to find a setting that makes it more natural and doesn't go to far in another direction. Response time to inputs is quick. Remote is intuitive and the backlighting is handy. I was led to believe by the salesperson (who was otherwise a great source of information) that the speakers were basically cell phone speakers and that a sound bar was all but essential. I'm no audiophile, but it's better than the last TV I had and perfectly adequate for the average show.

When i got the TCL qm7, ut was life changing. Colors were bright, it was smooth when im watching tv or when olaying games. Im starting to like this tv more. The controller for the tv, its very good, decent, and understandable. Buttons and light up is great for whenever i cant find it but move it slightly and it will light up.

UNBELIEVABLE TV - WOW!!!

Having watched the recognized TV reviewers review this model and brand, this thing certainly got my attention! I just got it home and this is no joke... it is way underpriced for what the get! I have tried to find even one thing that I would change on this TV, and I drew a blank... it is that Amazing!! This is one of the best purchases I've ever made! For those that think Samsung and Sony are better, do some research as this has a way more technology than you'll find in most any of those sets! By the way, for those who don't know, TLC actually makes the panels for Samsung and Sony TVs and for most all other brands! Do a quick Google search and you might be intrigued! The bottom line is I would have paid much more money for this TV versus a Samsung or a Sony because of the incredible quality and the features that are packed into this thing! Also, this TV has the best user interface. In second place I would put Samsung's UI... but definitely this TCL is running on the nicest user interface to date! My advice - BUY IT - you will not have any regrets!

Step up to TCL
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delighted with the affordability, brilliant color and the ease of switching from cable to tv as well as the bonus channel provided by the TCL - I'm still exploring all this very smart TV has to offer. I was satisfied with my Vizio, but didn't know how much I was actually missing. I'm very glad I stepped up to TCL .
