    I purchased this TV after researching several in the $1,000 price range. The picture and sound are top notch amd better than competitors in the price range. Support from TCL has been solid. I’ve had the TV for just a few weeks and I’m hoping reliabilty will be solid too.

    Heard lots of great reviews and boy did this sucker not let down. The graphics are spot on, great audio but I still hooked up my sound bar for added bass. Gaming is pretty good for the price it’s hard to beat

    I like the TV and since I use it for streaming mostly, it takes a bit for the picture quality to adjust. I'm also still trying to navigate Google TV, Pluto TV and other apps to find programing. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase.

    I was a little torn between an OLED and QLED but am happy with my decision. The TCL is incredibly bright and the speakers are amazing compared to my old Sony.

    So far so good, very bright clear image good contrast. Handles reflections well. Replaced an old TV and sound bar, builtin speakers sound on par with $200 soundbar setup We'll see how it does in the long run

    Picture quality on the TCL QM851 was good, but not great! Got it on sale at Best Buy, but returned it the next day. When looking at the display at Best Buy, you only see the TCL promo and not the actual TV programs and the picture quality was not up to par for my taste. We bought a Sony 75 inch back in 2021 that shows a much better picture quality. Long story short, look for a sale and get an OLED over the mini LED. We just purchased the Sony Bravia 8 and the picture is stunning. The TCL remote is much better than the non-backlit Sony remote.
