    Terrible TV for watching sports

    I'm a big sports fan and hockey is a stuttering mess. It's unwatchable. This is my 1st and last TCL TV. I have tvs that are 5-10 years old that process motion better than this TV.

    The TV is great but I am giving 1 star for the horrible service I had to put up with from Best Buy. I bought the TV during a black Friday deal the day before Thanksgiving, I needed to replace my TV as soon as possible and saw it was ready for pickup the following day. In the morning I woke up to an email saying the TV was delayed and best buy gave no reason. I waited a week to call back when I was told it will be ready by the end of the week. When I heard no news I called back only to hear the same thing. I was getting frustrated because the whole reason I purchased this TV was because it was available the next day for pickup and here I am waiting 2 weeks. I threatened to cancel my order and finally they said there is a best buy with 12 of the same model tvs available, this whole time they could've said this and they didn't. I won't be shopping here again

    Sony bravia 9 still king of mini led!

    Have sony bravia 9 in my living room got this tv to test it out in another room it's okay! but it's bravia 9 for me all day everyday. but for someone that want a good value mini led this is the mini led for you.

    Junk TV, TCL Customer service and QC

    Worst TV i've purchased. From day one this TV has been terrible. It creeks and groans every 10 minutes. The remote kills 10% of it's battery EVERY SINGLE DAY. You cannot return the TV to Best Buy you must use TCL and they dont' even list a phone number for customer support on their site when you try and get support. This experince 1. has me second guessing ever spending money at Best Buy if they wont' directly take the return. 2. Buy another TCL TV in my entire life. This TV replaced a 2018 TCL which I should have kept, TCL has lost quality control and poor customer support. I HATE this TV and trust me there is now way that it lasts more than 2 years. It's complete JUNK.

    Not nearly as good as advertised

    Poor picture quality, not worth the money. Not sure how this model got decent reviews unless I got a lemon. The ten year old tv this was supposed to replace has much better picture.

    Tbis company sucks. Originaly i was told it wouod be delivered in 24 days. Now its 30. Was lied to by the store employee. Screw best buy

    BIG, BOLD and ready for play

    Set up was simple. Just plug in and enter your account. TV comes with LOTS of channels. LOTS of free channels. The 2 speakers on the back of the tv give such an awesome base sound to game play and movies. Surround sound truly is appreciated. The 4K is so amazing, you can see the details of the characters from your favorite games. The colors are so vibrant that playing games with very detailed art, colors and movement, levels up the experience to, WOW. Don't forget to take off the layer of clear plastic going across the entire screen. While playing video games in surround sound mode, I found myself looking around as the sounds were expanding around the room. The base does an amazing job of bringing the thumps, crashes, punches, smashing to life. There are scenes during some games that feel almost like you can be part of the screen and be IN the game. The stand is sturdy and was easy to mount to the tv. Being it's a Google TV, you can quickly and easily sign in with a google account and get going on installing apps, allowing for flow of accounts and information you want to allow to get your experience to go smoother. A great feature, is the Burn screen feature, where you have the tv setting so that if the screen isn't active for a certain amount of time, it'll go into sleep mode but won't shut off, thereby saving your tv from getting that burnt image on it. I love this Google 4K TV. I highly recommend this tv to anyone, especially gamers who want that ultra gaming experience. I also think it makes a great family tv for those who truly want a theater like experience.

    It is always a wonderful thing when a new iteration of TVs come out because its amazing to see just how far technology has evolved. In the past, TCL was thought of a just a budget friendly and good TV. Well, I think TCL has changed that narrative. The QM8K Series is a very good new iteration of TVs that uses an AI processor for optimization, has realistic edge to edge color all at a brightness of 5000nits. The future of QLED technology is really improving and while this TV is not quite an OLED and doesn't produce brightness like an OLED, it does an exceptional job as a QLED. A feature that is very impressive is the B&O speakers that provide really solid Dolby Atmos surround sound. While having a Dolby Atmos Soundbar is better (in my opinion) for those who do not want to or do not own a sound bar, then a tv with these speakers built in is a wonderful feature. Gaming on this TV has also been a delight as it has a built in game accelerator that helps with any potential latency and lag issue for FPS. Watching sports and movies has also been a delight with this TV and the colors are certainly as vibrant as one would expect. Overall, I really am so impressed with TCL and this TV and I think they continue to push themselves to create wonderful TVS.
