I love my TCL 65" Smart tv from Best Buy! It has a beautiful screen picture and the color is amazing! Also what I love is the microphone on the remote to quickly get to the shows I love...Overall, this tv that I presently own 2 TCL tvs is the absolute best choice for home entertainment that everyone will love!

Bought this based on many good reviews on YouTube to replace a 14-year-old Panasonic plasma. We are not using the supplied Google OS but our existing Roku Ultra. The picture is great along with the sound. We are still trying out all the different picture settings. The remote is the right size and weight. Overall, we are satisfied with this purchase.

This TV delivers all the features I have found in various reviews. It was relatively easy to install the stand. The TV provides great amount of brightness and color, and it works well with my Apple TV streaming device. The smart TV OS itself works very well for streaming. Thus far I am very pleased with this product and happy I purchased it rather than the Samsung OLED TV I had considered, primarily because of fear of OLED burn-in. To my eyes it is very competitive with the OLED.

Shopping for TVs for several years. Always would have to compromise on something. Saw this TV on display and it stood out among the rest of the TVs. Picture is clear, bright, and colorful. Didn't even here the sound at the store. After getting TV set up at home, the sound is really good. Love this TV.

Coming from another TCL tv that is around 8 years old, the QM8K is amazing. First, the colors are way better, and black looks black unlike previously it looked like dark gray. Previous TCL was a roku tv so I was hesitant but after a month with this new tv, google tv is way better, and so must smoother and faster between switching apps. The when your watching 4k HDR the image looks amazing. I also love the remote, love how it is backlighted when you move the remote.

Excellent picture and sound. Hooked up a digital antenna to it and the tuner worked perfectly. Such an incredible picture. Read reviews and watched videos for months. Got a $2500 TV equivalent to Sony and LG for under #1K. Was easy to set up all my streaming services.

I was hesitant to purchase a TCL. I've always been a Sony, Samsung, and LG customer. However, after seeing it on display in the store and considering the price was hundreds of dollars less, I decided to purchase the TCL for our master bedroom. The dollars saved more than covered the mounting bracket and extended warranty!

I’m a long time Sony owner and this is my first TCL purchase. I’ve had the QM8K for a week and can say without reservation that it is one of the best value TV purchases on the market. The picture quality is nothing short of amazing in relation to the price. For sports viewing, gaming and even movie watching, I give this model a 5 star recommendation. Yes, the black levels are not on par with the latest OLED screens but that should matter to only really discerning customers. I also believe Google TV is the best TV operating system on the market. Do yourself a favor and switch to apps only mode. The sound is average but aren’t they all?

The TCL QM8K is a really great-looking TV that punches well above its weight. It has a premium, high-end feel from the front, even though it’s a little thick on the back. Google TV runs fast and smoothly and feels like a nice, modern inclusion rather than an afterthought. The TV gets very bright, which makes HDR content pop and works great in well-lit rooms. For the specs you’re getting, the price point is honestly very good, making the QM8K an excellent value overall.

I like the controls and the many the options. The setup operations are done almost automatically. It works very well with the TCL q65h sound bar and sub woofer. Overall I like everything about this tv. One thing I noticed, the screen can will repeat, momentarily/less than a second go blank. If it continues I will restart the tv, most times it will stop, like this morning. Note this is nothing major.

Amazing! I upgraded from a 10 YOA hd tv and, this thing will blow you away. I mean, when you can see the people's pores in their skin on TV, that's incredible. And, the colors are amazing as well as the price that I got on Labor Day. I can not say enough good things about the ease of this transaction, installation and customer service.

Bought it for both 4k pc gaming and TV, very satisfied. Great color and black level.

Upgraded from a 4k LG LED. The picture on this TCL is phenomenal. The reason for the 4 star rating is because the EARC HDMI port is 2.0. I knew this going in but it still is not quite as functional as I had wished. It works fine with only the Apple TV connected to the receiver but, a gaming console connected to the receiver would cause me to lose earc capability when just watching the TV. That is because the receiver would have to be connected to an HDMI 2.1 port on the TV and sound coming from the TV would have to use the optical port. When I have guests and if the TV comes on, everyone comments on how great the picture is. I do not use and I have never heard sound from the TV. Sound has alwsys gone through the receiver.

Bought this as my new bedroom display after being out of the market for 8 years and this TV blew anything I had previously out of the water. The colors are rich and vivid, the contrast is deep due to its inky blacks, and the audio by Olufsen and Bang is surprisingly good. Very much recommend.

I'll do the negatives first. Hdmi is finnicky as the day is long. I had to replace most of my cables , because I could not get picture and or audio through them even though they worked on the old tv. I've never gotten the return sound through the hdmi cables attached and working. Though everything worked just fine on the old tv. I had to use optical audio return four sound to come through my receiver. I could not get any video through my receiver with my switch 2. Everything had to be connected directly to the TV, which is a frustration.Because I have more objects that require the connection that I do ports. This TV should have been backwards compatible with older connections. However, it is not which is extremely frustrating. Google TV interface is something that is yet to be desired.I finally figured out a way to disable it or not.Use it so that I don't have to use the remote that came with a tv and I don't have to use the google tv interface. The automatic switching between ports works nice.However, is not consistent.So sometimes I have to use the original remote. I dislike the silver bezel around the t.V , and when the t v is off , the reflection of the lights are all wavy , which is kind of odd looking. I would honestly prefer to have a matte finish on the TV as opposed to high gloss.This would solve a lot of reflection problems. The positives. This TV is very bright.I'm able to eliminate glare from ceiling light fixtures on the screen while I watch TV.Additionally, it also great with the blinds open in the room.So I can see things. I can now watch amazon prime's red one without having to turn the brightness all the way up , whereas with my old tv I could not. The resolution is fantastic and it works really well for gaming. This TV does not weigh all that much, so I was able to reuse my existing amount and mounted to the wall.However, the vesa screw holes are slightly different.So I had to adjust accordingly up-and-down ultimately, I could not get the TV at the exact same height.My old one was that due to the screw hole differences. I've honestly thought about the returning this t.V , probably about twenty to thirty times. The only reason i'm keeping it is because I got it for a great price

TCL TV is great; color & sound are excellent. Google TV interface is not very intuitive. Prefer Roku but I will get used to GTV. Easy to install apps on either roku or googleTV.

Our 12 year old Sony 50" needed a refresh. The QM8K 65" was at the top of my list after doing a lot of research. Got it on sale and I don't regret it at all. Hooked it up to my Apple TV box and I got the familiar screen layout with a terrific quality picture. Hooked it up to my TCL soundbar for great audio.

Excellent full array mini led TV. TCL has come a long way and are truly catching up to the big names like Samsung, Sony, and LG. Not an Oled but impressive.

Purchased 2 of these when on sale for $999. I’m an LG snob, but this tv is definitely worth the sale price. Outstanding value and great reviews online. Super bright.

This is our 3rd TCL tv. The one it replaced lasted 10+ years. This one was a step up but definitely worth it as the picture is phenomenal and the sound is very good.
