    My sales representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over the different tvs and their details. He made sure to arrange the tv to be delivered. I was very happy with my purchase.

    Less than 4 months and it's already junk.

    I bought this TV less than 4 months ago. The first 90ish days it worked great and then everything fell of a cliff in terms of reliability. Apps crash all the time more than 10 times tonight alone as I type this out. Sometimes it's just an app crash to the homescreen other times the TV completely restarts itself. Occasionally the screen will just go completely black while audio continues playing and it will remain this way until the tv is turned off and back on again. Which is no short process because after being completely shutdown this tv takes what feels like an eternity to turn on. If this is going on around 4 months after purchase how bad is it going to be in two years? The TV is up to date on the latest software, HDMI CEC or w/e is disabled.

    Latest software update has made this tv unusable

    Would've been 4 stars if not for the most recent update, which has completely wrecked the tv. Every app crashes within moments of opening, extremely slow and laggy inputs, even a chromecast I tried to use instead of the apps also causes it to crash. Tv was working mostly fine up until the update on 11.14.2025, adroid tv version 12. Tried a factory reset, uninstall reinstall all the apps, nothing. It had been a great tv up until this point. Emailed TCL support three days ago with no response as of yet.

    Bad experience , open box is a joke

    I received a Fire TV, not an Android TV. The TV has the info / profile of the last owner, how a big company like bestbuy didn't even spend time to do factory reset, 4k channels is working as a slow motion so you can say the 4k not working

    The Volume is never working, the customer support sucks and I have purchased an unreliable tv that is pretty to watch but with NO sound. Do NOT buy. The tv has only been in my home for less than 3 months. The tv is for a senior who likes to watch tv and sleep. No Kids to touch and she only talks to the remote. It has Fire TV and Google Play that came with the tv.

    Looked great when it was working. However, it wouldnt turn on after 3 days. TCL support was frustrating to get through, but thankfully BestBuy took it back as a return without any issues. Mad props to BestBuy!
